Absolutely everything in this hotel is designed to let you relax and have a good time. All soaps and other products are provided and there's even a set of hair straighteners and curlers you can use, all plugged in already in the bathroom. The bath is huge and wonderful, shower pressure is amazing. The massage chair was incredible. It had glittery walls! There's a drinks holder in the sofa (only discovered that on the last day!). Rooms are soundproofed and the bedroom and bathroom are huge! The area around is busy and can get a bit loud at night but it's far enough away from the action that it's not constant! Near a bunch of convenience stores... Honestly this place is amazing, can't recommend it enough.

We couldn't make the karaoke work :(

Great, huge room with many amenities. Hot tub was great. Very comfortable. An oasis after busy days in Tokyo. Easy walk to local restaurants and Shinjuku Station.

Would like porn to be a selection rather than easily running into with normal channels.

The room had great amenities, such as facial masks, hair straighteners, slippers, etc. It was quite spacious for the price, and only about a 5 - 10 minute walk from Golden Gai and central Kabukicho. It had a big tv with karaoke and lighting features, as well as a big bath with waterproof TV.

The bed was rather small for two people and had a couch-like leather border that surrounded the mattress, which was uncomfortable to sleep on.

This hotel was so much better than I expected. Ended up staying an extra night. Staff all really helpful but the room was amazing. Bed was super comfortable and it was such a bonus getting free skin care sachets and use of straighteners and curlers in the room. The jacuzzi bathtub was such a nice touch. I will definitely be staying again when I visit.

The room was slightly too hot but can't be helped at times.

- room is bigger than average in Tokyo - the jacuzzi was really nice to relax after a day out sightseeing - nice amenities, comfortable bed - clean

- The room didn’t seem to be that soundproofed, we still could hear a bit of noise from the corridor as well as the room above us. It wasn’t loud though and not a big deal, they also provide earplugs - you have to leave the room key every time you go out to receive a card instead, which you then have to exchange for the key when you come back, which felt a bit unnecessary

Location is perfect - everything in Kabukicho is within walking distance. True to photos. Having the massage chair was also perfect since we walked around a lot. The best smelling body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The water the hotel uses is also free of minerals which makes the skin softer after every shower. Overall, will definitely book this hotel again when I go back to Tokyo.

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip The room was very big compared to other hotels in tokyo The bathroom was closed off from the main room which is nice if you're trying to let someone else sleep while you get ready There's a mini fridge and a separate vending machine fridge you can get drinks from that you pay for at checkout The massage chair was a nice touch and we couldn't hear anyone in other rooms The toilet was separated from the huge jacuzzi bathtub/shower room and linked together by a sink/vanity room Tons of toiletries, curling iron, flat iron, face masks, soaps, bubble baths The bathtub was huge and had a TV in the room that you can connect to with Bluetooth that's separate from the main room (again, very helpful if the other person is trying to sleep still) This hotel was amazing!! Right in the heart of Shinjuku They had an English speaking staff member in site and the location is great You have access to use streaming services or local channels which is a huuuuuge plus They even called us a taxi to get to harajuku during our stay

You have to leave the room key each time you go out When only one of us would go out it was fine, you can just go back up to the room. But if we would both leave it made us aware of how much we were going in and out and made me worried it was burdensome (im sure they dont mind though)

We loved staying at Hotel Perrier. We had 4 nights there & the staff & facilities were excellent. It's a 'love' hotel that is available to book by the hour but we didn't see or hear anything even slightly seedy within the hotel or in the surrounding area. We LOVED Shinjuku. The rooms are spacious & sound-proof, so you can sing your heart out to karaoke at any time of the day or night. The massage chair was a great addition, as was the 6ft circular bed! Our room (which was really a studio apartment) had a huge bathroom & a hot tub. There was beer available from a tiny vending machine in 1 of the 2 fridges, which was a bonus at the end of the day. The service was great.

We liked everything! We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on breakfast.

Great location! Very short walk to subway stations or popular spots in Shinkuku. The staff was so nice. We checked-in late after spending a long hot day at Disney Sea. The staff had us checked in within minutes and our bags (that we sent via Yamato) were already up in the room. Lastly, they had every kind of amenity you could think of and the room was huge!

For the price I have absolutely no complaints.

Friendly and helpful staff. Huge, clean rooms filled with everything we needed. Good localization - close to the centre of Shinjuku. Very comfy king-size bed and big jacuzzi with lighting options.

Very loud AC - it's either sleep in hot temperature or in loud noise. Couldn't get the karaoke machine to work. Poor shower drainage.
