Amazing Stay in the Heart of Shinjuku! The location was perfect — just a short walk from the station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The neighborhood was lively, with restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially first-timers who want to be close to everything. I’d happily stay here again!

Very spacious room with many amenities. Very good price for the area and convenient spot. The staff was always happy to help and we could find someone 24/7. The only bad thing in this hotel was that it was a little old and our room was a little dirty although we seen that the room was cleaned the carpet had stains and the walls had stains also. A little bit disgusting but could not complain. Because the room was very spacious and the price and position of the hotel were so good.

Room is big and cleaned every day and position is perfect to explore Shinjuku and Tokyo. There's a luandrymat in front of the hotel, lots of conbinis nearby and Higashi Shinjuku metro stop is at 3 minutes walk.

The building is quite old and there's not a power socket near the bed. Onestly, for this price, no complaints at all.

Best value for money based on the area . Few minutes walk into the entertainment district , golden Gai and easy walk to the train station . Room we had was had everything you need , private bathroom , living room area , fridge and bathroom . A quaint old building as ticks all the boxes for what you need if looking for a standard hotel which is just a place to sleep at night

Beds were on the firmer side but that’s just a personal preference thing . Nothing negative to say that affects the property

Price included parking which was important to us because we had a rental car. It was super close (walking distance) to Shinjuku, Golden Gai, the Swallow's baseball stadium, and so many other great destinations. Our room was clean and large and included everything we needed.

The building and facilities were worn but it didn't bother us because of all the things we liked about it and the room was very clean.

Booked it last minute for a one night stay. Good value for the area. The rooms are bigger as other rooms in the area and at a better rate. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. The hotel may be a little dated, but completely fine for a few nights. Location is great!

Recommended! You get what you pay for here, its a little run down but perfectly acceptable, so much cheaper then alternatives in the area, in an amazing location and rooms much bigger then anywhere else we've stayed.

The property was surprisingly clean as we had heard a lot of negative reviews but none of that was true for us.

Maybe they can work on their lift, the same has some smell always

Very poor condition of the room regarding finishes . No outlook as glass is frosted.
