The deluxe room was FANTASTIC! It was such a lovely end to our trip, even as a one night stay. We loved the bath on the terrace and the winding staircase and the amenities/free stuff! They welcomed us with a choice of wine or a flower bath for our honeymoon, which was so lovely! We were a lesbian couple and they welcomed us with no issue/no questions, but we do recommend other LGBT couples to email beforehand just to check with staff!

The amenities were great. 24hour complementary bar with wine and liquor. 24 hour soda, ,snacks, more than a dozen teas to choose from and several types of coffee. The lounge is very nice. In the room there were on demand movies and shows. A number of the movies are in English. Our room had a jet tub with under water LED display in the bathroom.and a stone soaking tub in the enclosed patio area (room 425). The bathroom was stocked with a wide variety of exotic creams and lotions I had no interest in but they were there. There was an actual queen size bed instead of two twins pushed together. The room was very clean and housekeeping was great. My understanding is that this an adult only hotel. All the guests I saw acted like they had common sense and it was a peaceful environment. When I go back to Tokyo I will definitely stay here again. Also, it is easy walking distance to a few shrines, the street with the Godzilla head, 2 big Don Quijotes, and countless incredible restaurants.

Not a lot of space for clothing storage. A closet and some out of the way flat spaces to put things. That seems common in Japan. Don’t let that discourage you. Bring packing cubes for your wardrobe and you’re in good shape.

I was surprised at the quality and quantity of amenities! Grooming products, extra pillows, blankets, robes and lounge wear, all self service. Free drinks and snacks (alcohol, coffee, desserts) in the lobby. Our room had an indoor and outdoor tub. Connectivity was great in the room (wifi + hdmi to TV). Staff was very friendly and helpful, including lending me a screwdriver to fix my roller bag when it got stuck. The location was also excellent (15min walk from Shinjuku station and 5 minute walk from Higashi-Shinjuku).

I didn't care for the breakfast options, but this is a minor thing. They had coffee, sandwich bar, and cereal with milk.

Need to be mindful of the space area mentioned while booking. It is not a negative about the hotel but if you are aware of what you are booking the complaints on room being small is less likely.

Great amenities, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Perfect location for late nights out with 24 hours shopping and eating all around. Outdoor bath was great after a night out. Please note this is a love hotel and I checked in with clear expectations of this, and it was perfect for a couples vacation to try something different and new.

I think the cleaners can probably be trained better to Japanese cleanliness standards. The cleaning standards was more 3 star South East Asia than 3 star Japan if you get my drift. Clean enough not to feel disturbed but not spick and span as the rest of Japan. Coming from south east asia and having travelled a fair bit, it didn't bother me too much, but I can see why some people would describe the cleanliness as not being the best especially compared to the rest of Japan. The room staircase, corners of the ceiling and the headboard area of the bed were dusty and could have used a proper deep vacuum.

The location is perfect and the amenities are exceptional.

The location is great and even though central, really quiet the room was fine, tons of perks and give-aways. It had the vibe of a hotel made for enthusiastic couples rather than family. Staff were lovely.

The amenities are amazing. The massage chairs are great. Also you get a foot massager in the room. The room's bathroom is one of the best we had in Japan. Breakfast till 2 PM. Great tea selection. The staff doesn't speak English but technology saves the day perfectly. Did I mention the amenities were the best?

The breakfast food is very limited but ok. The place to eat it is nice but not adequate. Our room was 20 m2 but was full of unnecessary furniture that took very precious space away. You can't control the ventilation or temperature in the room. The ventilation is extremely noisy. Our closet had a light that never turned off. The bed is not that big. The room light switches were hard to reach.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had to rearrange our stay last minute due to a flight cancellation and they accommodated amazingly. It is a small room with very little space, but for the price, location and fact you're in Tokyo there's not a single complaint about size. Same with bed hardness, again. You are in japan so you expect things to be different and they can't magically suit everyone's preferences from around the world. The bed is fine and does the job, no bad seams or lumps. Loads of free options and if you want anything better for breakfast than what they provide for free (which isn't much but it's free so lovely of them) then there are 7/11 and family mart close by. If you're needing a place to crash out after a busy day this hotel is perfect. If you're looking for a luxury hotel to relax in, I don't know why you'd look at the price offered by this hotel.

Lots of free alcohol, coffee, and beauty/bath samples. Location is close to a train station. Note that you have to select the right station else you'll end up walking a bit far.

Room size. I did get a larger one though still, it's small. The outdoor bath for my room isn't as comfy for skin since it's made of stone.
