the property was quite spacious for the price, it won’t be easy to find a space as large as here with the same price. the location was fantastic too, a supermarket was nearby and subway station was within 5 mins of walking distance.

just like what other reviews are saying, the exit signage light was a bit too bright at night. but it was bearable for us.

Great space. Not too far from train and other great sites around Shinjuku.

To help you with planning, you just need to allow enough time to get to/from the property from/to Shinjuku station - about 30 minute walk. Alternatively we also tried 2 x train lines - changing train lines from Shinjuku. In the end we had such little time in Tokyo that I couldn’t be bothered losing 2 hours plus a day just commuting to/from Shinjuku, navigating metro lines. We just took a taxi for convenience. The property is very spacious. It is very very close to an amazing convenience/grocery store that stocks bakery, sushi, fruit, drinks, specialty foods and anything you could wish for. The property is also particularly quiet for Tokyo so if you want to be close but quiet, I cannot imagine you’d find much better.

The accomodation was great for a family. It was very clean and in a great location, 5-10 minutes from the Higashi-Shinjuku station servicing two metro lines giving easy access to Tokyo station, Shinjuku and Shibuya. The local community had a nice feel, and the apartment was close to many convenience stores. I also loved the local style bath room- that filled with light in the morning.

Would have been good to have more than one towel each for our stay and face cloths. The exit sign/light was quite bright, so made it a little hard to sleep. Neighbors were a bit noisy. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee and milk included

Very close to the very animated district of Shinjuku. You can go there on foot or in one station subway. It is an amazing district, especially at night. Overhaul the apartment is nice with high ceiling and trending lighting A lot of cheap parking near the place

In fact, the pictures are very well made. Overall the room is identical to the pictures but it seems bigger in the pictures than in reality. So we were a family of 4 and we did not have so much space. Little space to hang clothes At last, there is a main road close to the apartment so you need earplugs if you have a light sleep

Location and size of property great. Very comfortable and clean.

No coffee maker. Could use a few more kitchen things - plates etc. Could also use a chest of drawers or some storage space for clothes - there is plenty of room for it in the apartment.

We love the location, its just a few steps from a supermarket and the subway and a few minutes walk to the city center. The house was clean, beautiful, and comfortable and the host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

Its not a big deal but it would be nice if they would add some more pots and pans for cooking and a chopping board.

Location was terrific. It amazed me that one minute we could be in the hub-bub of Shinjuku Otsuku and then all of a sudden in this quiet residential enclave. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Perfect for a family. 2min walk to a subway stop, grocery store and coffee. 15 mins to JR.

Thé property was very clean and comfortable for a family. They were so kind and thoughtful to have nice slippers and toiletries available.

That each or apartment selected should have its own set of images because it is confusing on what you are getting. it was a little further to some of the main must see locations, but still good for it’s price. Also, the washer dryer is a little confusing.

The home had a lovely feel to it. It was in a great location. Instructions were clear on how to get to and enter the property.

If I was to be picky, the toilet door could be more soundproof. The little box on the wall in the toilet which played running water was a bit annoying. But really nothing to complain about.
