I was staying in this Hotel for shortly over a week. Its located in the heart of Kabukicho. That means you're surrounded by all things practical: Donki, Konbinis and a handful of Stations. (For Yamanote Shin-Okubo or Shinjuku Station. For others Higashi-Shinjuku and Seibu-Shinjuku). My Room was Basic but quite big! (It was located in the Basement). It did not bother me, since I knew that already when I did my booking. I had a handful of amenities that I didn't even expect! The Staff was super friendly and kind throughout my stay.They offered to clean my room every day as well (which I did not need). Other travelers have written that it was dirty. I CAN NOT confirm this at all. My bed was simply spotless.

The doors and walls are relatively thin, so it is sometimes quite noisy when the neighbors come home at night. ;)

The hotel is located in the heart of Shinjuku, between night clubs and busy streets but is a a point where quite small alleys converge almost making it extra quiet for a good night's sleep! The staff is extremely polite and helpful - so kudos to the brilliant hospitality - and the rooms are traditional style with tatami mats and futon beds which is beautiful! Totally reccomended and an absolute value for money. Bonus : we were able to leave our luggage till 20:00 in the evening, though our checkout was in the morning of that day, no problem.

The rooms are traditionally made and styled, but a little bit rough on the edges. We really loved the whole setting and did NOT have any problems with that (it felt almost like part of the aesthetics!), but it could seem strange to others. The only thing that seemed a bit off, was a light odour at the small lobby. Apart from that everything was wonderful!

room : The room is fairly spacious. Reserve 2 beds. They are very comfortable. location : Not very far from the train station. But dragging a suitcase can be a little difficult. And the said train station is next to Shinjuku 2 stations. There is so many minimart nearby. clean : They did it good. Staff : Good service and took good care.

Great location - 10min walk from Shinjuku Station and in very busy neighbourhood. Great costumer service!!! We lost our connection flight and arrived one day later. The lodging was very attentive and changed our reservation without charges of the lost night. Big Japanese style room. Comfy bed (Japanese style)

Doesn’t have a blackout in the window (since is the middle of a busy neighbourhodd there too much light in the room). Although the room was facing a parking lot there was too much noise during the night

The workers at the hotel are some of the kindest people I've EVER met.They even offered to take our heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs since there's no elevator. The room is nice and clean, and it has everything one might need. Great location.

The hotel is pretty tiny and it and doesn't have an elevator, which could be inconvenient for someone with a big luggage

The room is super cool and well decorated, it's exactly as it shows in the pictures. The AC was good as well as the shower. Loved that they had so many toiletries available. Staff was super friendly and available 24/7.

The bathroom is a little small and the matresses were very thin. The closest subway station is a little far, like a 10 minute walk.

The hotel's in the centre of Kabukicho, so a pretty shady neighbourhood, especially at night when it gets very lively. Not the best place to stay with kids I suppose

Very accommodating staff that speaks english. We did two separate bookings for Monday and Thursday, we asked if we can have our luggages stored in their place while we are away, they did it free of charge. Then we arrived early morning of Thursday, the place is still full but the staff assisted us around the neighborhood to check for a REST accommodation before our check in. We asked for help since the other hotels in the area only entertain Japanese-speaking people.

Our 3 day stay in Tokyo wouldn’t be complete without business hotel yamashiro 🥰. One of the best way to experience Japan is by staying to a Japanese style hotel where you can feel the authenticity 🥰 this hotel offers 24/7 reception ( very polite staff ) clean and spacious room. The location is prime like 5-10 mins away from shinjuku metro station and 5-10 min away to Toho cinema where restaurants and pub are all in.

The hotel had very friendly staff, and the room was always tidy when requested. The washroom was decent.

The room usually stayed cold after attempting to change the temperature. The hotel is located in an area that can get pretty noisy at night. The room also seemed a bit dingy.
