The property was very clean and the hotel had so many amenities. We were given a toothbrush and toothpaste each day and even skincare packets as well as pjs and extra pillows if we needed. The service was great as the staff was very kind and helpful. They were able to answer all our questions. The breakfast every morning was great and they changed up the menu a bit each day so we weren’t eating the same things all the time. Very good amount of food and choice. The location was very good as well as it was right in the middle of shinjinku, less than 10 minute walk from train or metro. And from hotel you can walk around 40 minutes to get to Harajuku and similar amount of time to get to shibuya. We didn’t take much public transit and walked most places

The room was very small, that would be the only complaint I have. We weren’t even able to open up our luggage’s fully as there was not enough space. We really loved everything else and would for sure recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Rooms are small but considering the location and the price it’s fair. It’s small but the attention to detail exceeded my expectation. The facilities in the hotel are also great, hot bathing room, buffet breakfast with great selections, and staffs are very friendly. If you come to Tokyo for vacation and most of the time you are out for sight seeing, this hotel is perfect for you.

Only one lift, during busy time it could take you some time to get on.

Location was perfect - about 10 minutes to walk to Shinjuku or Okubo stations which got us everywhere we needed to go, and also the Kabukicho stop getting off the limosine bus from the airport stops just a couple minutes away. Love the area - so many restaurants and bars right nearby. We made full use of the facilities - breakfast, onsen and free bar at 7pm. So fun to have all these great options! Staff were very helpful when I had questions. Would definitely revisit!

Breakfast was OK, but there was a large selection so always something to eat.

All of the staff were so sweet. I was impressed. The breakfast was good with several options. We only remembered once, but for an hour each evening they have several bottles of both common alcohols and traditional ones to try. You just help yourself. I used the laundry 3 times while there for 4 nights. We had 6 nights in Tokyo and it was great heading to Kyoto with clean clothes. The location is in an interesting area but my 20 year old daughter and I felt safe. It was easy to walk everywhere or hop on a train. We also took a taxi (booked through Uber). There is also a 7-11 right outside the door which was great. The blackout shade really works and also helps with some street noise.

Because the staff was so great, I feel badly giving the negatives, but there were several. First off, the room was beyond small. We kept one suitcase by the door and the other between the twin beds. It was a pain. The beds were very very firm. My daughter didn’t mind but I had a hard time sleeping well. GET A PILLOW by the desk. Don’t think about it, if they are there, get one. The water pressure was awful unless you want really hot water. And it was odd using the sink faucet and handle for the shower. We were on the second floor and while it was great to be by the laundry, we were close to the street and so it would get a bit loud, but as stated in the positives, the shade helped with that so it wasn’t too bad. Overall, for the price, I expected it to be nicer.

excellent location in a quiet part of Kabukicho in Shinjuku, 2 mins work from Kabukicho Tower where is the main bus terminal to/from Narita or Haneda airport yet it’s only few mins walk to the heart of the fun & action in Kabukicho. The breakfast service & onsen are great facilities, lovely mature Japanese lady at breakfast hall very hard for the guest.

The room is a bit tired, it’s no updates inside since my last stay 12yrs ago, the bed is uncomfortable and the pillar is made of paper beads filling, we had to have it changed to a normal foamed pillow. the double mattress is bare without a cover laying on the floor that doesn’t look very nice. Breakfast could be very busy, food run out at 8:15….

The room was cozy and well equipped. I especially likedthe onsen on the property. The spread was good enough for breakfast. It is located within 10 mins walking distance from the Shinjuku Station. Decent shopping around the area.

As good as the location is, it is set a street away from the sleezy red light district. Fortunately, it only comes alive whenthe sunsets.

This was our favourite location out of 4 hotels we stayed. Best breakfast with a mix of traditional Japanese and western style (the pastry are still a fond memory. Laundry facilities is affordable with free laundry detergent and free dryer. Staff were friendly and super helpful, they can help you arrange your luggage with the luggage transfer service (must pay in cash) Convenience store is right below. Also there’s amazing ramen on the same block!

Rooms are on the smaller side so be mindful if you have large luggage. We were at the start of our journey so this wasn’t an issue. Out of their control but the crows outside are loud. You do hear them everyday and at night you do hear some rowdy people which is to be expected in this location, unlike the crows.

The location was great - a short walk from Shinjuku station and surrounded by the night life. Even thought the neighborhood is a little earthy we never felt unsafe and there’s just so many cool things to see and eat near by. The rooms were very clean. We loved the breakfasts! A few good western options but a great selection of Japanese breakfast food that changed each day. The happy hour with free drinks in the evening was also a great touch!

Overall we were so happy - we expected this but the room is small. Enough room for both our bags and we were really only there to sleep. But being 6”5 meant the bathroom and bed were tight - this is normal for Tokyo though

The facility, onsen, staff, and breakfast was great! The room was modern and clean.

Pillows were very hard for my partner. We arrived later in the evening and learned all the pillows were taken by other guests. My partner didn't have a good sleep after arriving. But the next day, we were able to secure one for the remaining of our stay. The rooms are small in Tokyo. We were not prepared for that, however, we felt there could be a bit more hooks on the wall to help utitlize wall space in this case. This goes to every hotel I stayed in Japan.
