Rooms are small but considering the location and the price it’s fair. It’s small but the attention to detail exceeded my expectation. The facilities in the hotel are also great, hot bathing room, buffet breakfast with great selections, and staffs are very friendly. If you come to Tokyo for vacation and most of the time you are out for sight seeing, this hotel is perfect for you.
Only one lift, during busy time it could take you some time to get on.

The room was cozy and well equipped. I especially likedthe onsen on the property. The spread was good enough for breakfast. It is located within 10 mins walking distance from the Shinjuku Station. Decent shopping around the area.
As good as the location is, it is set a street away from the sleezy red light district. Fortunately, it only comes alive whenthe sunsets.

excellent location in a quiet part of Kabukicho in Shinjuku, 2 mins work from Kabukicho Tower where is the main bus terminal to/from Narita or Haneda airport yet it’s only few mins walk to the heart of the fun & action in Kabukicho. The breakfast service & onsen are great facilities, lovely mature Japanese lady at breakfast hall very hard for the guest.
The room is a bit tired, it’s no updates inside since my last stay 12yrs ago, the bed is uncomfortable and the pillar is made of paper beads filling, we had to have it changed to a normal foamed pillow. the double mattress is bare without a cover laying on the floor that doesn’t look very nice. Breakfast could be very busy, food run out at 8:15….

Location was perfect - about 10 minutes to walk to Shinjuku or Okubo stations which got us everywhere we needed to go, and also the Kabukicho stop getting off the limosine bus from the airport stops just a couple minutes away. Love the area - so many restaurants and bars right nearby. We made full use of the facilities - breakfast, onsen and free bar at 7pm. So fun to have all these great options! Staff were very helpful when I had questions. Would definitely revisit!
Breakfast was OK, but there was a large selection so always something to eat.

This was our favourite location out of 4 hotels we stayed. Best breakfast with a mix of traditional Japanese and western style (the pastry are still a fond memory. Laundry facilities is affordable with free laundry detergent and free dryer. Staff were friendly and super helpful, they can help you arrange your luggage with the luggage transfer service (must pay in cash) Convenience store is right below. Also there’s amazing ramen on the same block!
Rooms are on the smaller side so be mindful if you have large luggage. We were at the start of our journey so this wasn’t an issue. Out of their control but the crows outside are loud. You do hear them everyday and at night you do hear some rowdy people which is to be expected in this location, unlike the crows.

The location was great - a short walk from Shinjuku station and surrounded by the night life. Even thought the neighborhood is a little earthy we never felt unsafe and there’s just so many cool things to see and eat near by. The rooms were very clean. We loved the breakfasts! A few good western options but a great selection of Japanese breakfast food that changed each day. The happy hour with free drinks in the evening was also a great touch!
Overall we were so happy - we expected this but the room is small. Enough room for both our bags and we were really only there to sleep. But being 6”5 meant the bathroom and bed were tight - this is normal for Tokyo though

Overall I had a very good experience. #1 for me it's having a dark room and they had a shade that completely blocked all the light. The property was lovely and close to a lot of action, and my favorite part about it was the onsen. I'm not exactly sure what their tattoo policy is, but I have a lot of tattoos and nobody bothered me, in fact I rarely ran into others in the onsen at all. They offered a great little packet of skin care products when I checked in. They also had a lovely breakfast buffet with many options.
The mattress and pillows aren't the most comfortable. Also, I'm not sure if they could do much about this one, but the elevator was quite slow.

The included breakfast was fabulous - the food was different everyday and tasted like they were freshly cooked rather than just heated bulk food. The staff were friendly and there were many amenities available at the lobby (different pillows, manga…). The room was clean and standardly small. Despite being in Kabukicho, the hotel is a little way from the rowdy area so it wasn’t affected by the noise at night. There were many food and shopping choices in the area and there was a convenience store just across the hotel. We didn’t feel unsafe walking from the station to the hotel at night though we were usually there before 9pm.
It was a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station with luggages when factored in the crowds and road conditions.

The breakfast was exceptional! A wide variety of Japanese dishes let me explore the cuisine starting from the very morning. I enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, as well. What was unusual for me was the fact that you could select your pillow based on what you find comfortable.
I liked everything, so there really isn't any info to put in this space. The location is awesome, it lets you enjoy the night life of Kabukicho and is very convenient to commute anywhere else in Tokyo.
