Awesome location, easy walk to Shinjuku station. Great vibe in the evenings and lots of places near by to shop and eat.
Rooms are very tiny, the photos are accurate but it’s still takes a bit of shuffling around with big bags but worth it for location and price!

Location was perfect and a short walk to transport and all the Shinjuku attractions. Breakfasts were amazing with an incredible choice each day - we were there for 4 nights and the options seem to go through a 3 day cycle, which added to the variety. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was always cheerful, really helpful and friendly, and she remebered us and chatted when we came down on the 2nd day.
We expected the room to be small (Cabin set our expectation) with limited storage space (though our cases did fit under the bed though) - our double room was the same size as our daughter's single. The only difference was the size of the bed which was almost against the window (this is not shown in the photos). Also the window did not keep out much of the noise or the cold.

Good hotel, clean, Japanese breakfast was very good. Great location for a male solo traveler, at the very traditional Kabukicho area. The area has a bad reputation, but it was very interesting, lively, and I never felt unsafe. I allowed me to see the great environment of Tokyo night life. Just not sure if it could be liked by families travelling together with kids, or female solo travelers. I was happy, no complaints. I would book it again next time.
I think hotel information could be more straightforward that the hotel is inside the Kabukicho area. I didn't have any trouble as a male solo traveler though, and never felt unsafe. But not sure if it would be adequate for families with kids or female solo travelers not to know in advance. The size of the room, was tiny, but I know is Tokyo, thus I was not badly surprised (it was not my first time in Japan). But I also think the that the hotel could be more straightforward with that information.

The staff were always lovely when coming and flowing, as well as tolerant to our baby who is babbling at the moment while learning to talk.
I'm pretty tall 6.2/3, I have 3cms space above my head on the bad and my feet were flat against the wall on the other side of the room/bed.

One of the best affordable hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. Just a short walk from both Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo stations (the latter is much quieter and still connects you to the Yamanote line), plus it is very clean and quiet in the hotel. The room was small but that’s standard for Tokyo — thankfully you can slide your luggage under the beds so there’s room to move around and for 5 nights we were more than happy. The staff were also very lovely and can help assist in shipping luggage. Plenty of combini nearby (seriously there’s two 7/11 and a Lawsons only a minute or two away), and of course the Shinjuku nightlife. I totally recommend this hotel.
Not much to say, beds were a bit hard but that was fine.

Clean, simple. Reasonable price for being in Shinjuku. Didn't try the paid breakfast. They inform you of the cleaning schedule up front.
As people said, the room is small. Smallest room out of all the places that we stayed on the Golden route. I didn't realize that this is considered part of the "red light district" in Shinjuku. It's behind the Godzilla head and walking back there can feel a bit sketchy - just very empty and random groups together. I don't know if I would feel comfortable walking back to the hotel at night by myself (as a female). I was with someone, so didn't have a problem. Japan IS safe but just how I felt about it.

Staff members made sure guests have comfortable stay and encourages feedbacks if necessary. Although rooms are small (very typical of the hotels in the area), the rooms have all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Wifi is Wifi6 and so is very fast. It's also very close to the new airport limousine bus station.
Not really. Hope the hotel has laundry room to wash sweaty summer clothes.

Convenient location in Shinjuku, Kabuki-cho district. Infinite food, shopping, and nightlife options within minutes of stepping outside. As well, only ~10 minutes from Shinjuku station, which can take you everywhere else. And if you enjoy traveling by foot, within walking distance of Harajuku/Shibuya. Overall, offers affordable prices for solo travelers and excellent breakfast package. If you like being in a busy bustling area, this is perfect for you.
Bed was a little firm and uncomfortable, but not the end of the world. The room was also small, but this is to be expected. I am a smaller person, so it caused few problems. I left the entire day to explore and only came back to my room for the evening to sleep, so overall not a big issue.

The staff was helpful. The location is in Kabuchiko, near the heart of Shunjuku. Meiji Shrine, Shibuya, Harajuku are close to it. The hotel has complete ameneties. The rooms are typical in Japan and is bang for buck. Most rooms in the area have the same size as this one.
The train stations are far from the hotel. Even if there is a staion nearby, the main Shinjuki station is around 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Good place to stay, fair space for 1 person
Breakfast is almost same choice for the 5 days in the row. Last day reception guy was very after when you came in because you need to pick your luggage and use toilet (since i no longer have card to enter the entrance). Feel like insulted after staying here for 5 days! some personal should talk nicely to all guests and not yelling after! At the end i just left the hotel and no more greeting or anything, so service is blunt at max 1-2 stars as they very random.
