The location is really good - in Korea-town, with at least 2 metro stations nearby! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had no language barrier. It was clean and cosy, and honestly for $200 a night split between 3 people in central Tokyo - you can't complain! It's also just a 5min walk from Kabukicho and there are countless bars and restaurants in the near vicinity!

The room I booked was advertised as an apartment with 2 separate rooms when in fact it was 1 room with 4 beds. The beds themselves were also not separate - the two main beds are directly facing eachother and touching, while the two other are pull-outs from directly underneath the first two beds. It wasn't a problem for us as one of our friends couldn't make it to the trip but it would've been a bit awkward if it was the 3 of us. Maybe if we were closer friends! Also the hotel never answered their phone nor the messages on Booking.com when I had issues prior to coming to Tokyo. We're all just super lucky it worked out lol

The room was small, yes, but it was so cheap especially for the area it is in, it is great value. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and the process was smooth and quick. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the camera in the hallway helped us feel secure.

Considering the low price, I don't have any complaints. Anyone expecting a five star room should stop being cheap and pay for one.
