Clean hotel, accomodating staff, good quality bed. Windows even though just slightly, but can be opened.

Airconditionig had a bit weird controll, like there was a slight delay. The toliet seat was a bit short, not narrow, short.(So when a guy sits down, can be tight in the front). The dryier wasnt working very well, after 2 hours, some laundry was still slightly wet.

It is within walking distance to the station. Convenient for us who need to move between places. There is also a convenience store nearby and having a fridge and a microwave in the room comes very handy since we could stock up some foods at once and have it reheated the next morning without the need to go out every time.

The location is a few minutes walk from the station and not too far from Toyama castle and the shopping areas.

Although there is a kettle on the room, there was no tea or coffee sachets provided. The reception area was simple and no frills type.

The location is walkable from the Toyama station and Toyama castle park. However, it is not too busy place. There is very close Lawson convenient store, which you can buy everything.

There is no provided shower cap in the hotel.

Quite good location, not so far from the JR station. Many convenient stores and restaurants around. Clean, friendly staffs

Very helpful staff. Assisted in communicating with our next hotel. Location walking distance to JR station and Dentetsu Toyama station. Just round the corner to the Observatory Tower. Safe surroundings for walking to the station in the early morning around 5am
