Centrally located. Very near the Toyama Station making it a good base for Tateyama Alpine Route. View from the hallway is nice. Free breakfast - huge selection, quality is average. Free tram passes provided.

Self Checkin process is difficult. Need to repeat for each guest for 1 booking. We are 12 in the group so took much time. The staff gave a reference file (reservation number from hotel's system is different from Booking.com). The staff at the checkin is not attentive. She pretends to be busy assisting to multiple customers at the self checkin - but leaves during important steps of the checkin. Beds are very firm to our liking.

Property well position as it's just opposite the Station. Room, facilities, services are all standard as per Toyoko Inn properties. Very clean, good bed.

Experience with their breakfast is disappointing & totally unlike other Toyoko Inn we stayed. It's stated Breakfast (inclusive) is available until 9am. I was early i.e. before 8am. But by 0800hr, food like meat, fish, soup, bread .... were finished. they did not refill these items. What they refill , a bit later, are the general food items e.g roll eggs, salad. Guest coming a bit later were left with nothing much. I saw guests asking the kitchen staff, if there's any bread, but was told - no more. This is unacceptable as the Hotel Management must ensure there's sufficient food for guest until 9am.

Nice modern business hotel close to the station. Very clean room and common areas. The staff was very friendly and patient. They understood English and were able to answer all questions with the help of an app. We had a high floor room with a very nice view over the city, which we appreciated very much.

The breakfast options were primarily Asian. The first day we came a little bit late and there was no bread left and no other continental options either. The second day we came a bit earlier and did manage to catch some bread.

The location was perfect, less than two minute walk from the main station. Was also next to a tram station which we received complementary tickets for, which we used with great ease. There was a complementary breakfast which was really good, ended up eating a good size portion of spaghetti which was tasty, many options in the morning. Rice, spaghetti, frittas, vegetables etc. Good food in the local area and quite reasonable, can recommend the places in the station or even in the buildings that the hotel was apart of. The hotel itself was reasonable for cost, especially considering the lack of other hotels in the area. The staff at reception could speak English which really helped with checkin.

The soundproofing wasn’t amazing which was slightly a nuisance, mostly because I was with a group of friends and we were nervous of being too loud as the hallway soundproofing was not good. The beds were quite hard which is not a major issue, just something more to note.

This Hotel is new and very value for money!! They provided the amenities that we could pick by ourselves, elevators, breakfast. The parking lot was not free, but there was a hotel rate. However, our car was Toyota Alphard (for 7 persons). It was too big to park in the hotel parking lot. We had to park at the Time parking lot instead and we didn't get the hotel rate.

The Breakfast area seemed like a School canteen. It was very busy in the morning and the meals seemed not enough for customers. Some menu did not fill up. Anyway, there were variety vending machines there.

Location is very near to Toyama Station; just walk 3 minutes. Room rate is very valuable. Very good restaurant / good food in area. We stay on the 10th floor. Can see Tateyama from the room. Very nice view. Very easy to walk to sight seeing spot like Kansui park. Hotel also provide breakfast. Even though we didn't take it since our normal first meal is 12.00 pm, but the breakfast looks good.

The location is excellent since it's right next close to the train station. As for the staff, one of the staff, he went above and beyond to assist us regardless of how busy the reception area was. We really appreciate what he did on helping us check in and storing our luggage and then helping us check out the next day, while he also filled out the luggage transfer for our next hotel. Regarding the food, the breakfast is good but there is nothing to write home about. As for the room and the bathroom, it is in good size. Amenities are great. And there are multiple washing machines and dryers so you don't have to wait long for others to be done.

Actually, the hotel exceeded my expectations. All the people around are very kind and helpful, tasty Japanese breakfast and a bed which has been perfectly hard for a good sleep. There is laundry, a wending machine, microwave, and printer in the hotel's lobby. Location is also very useful: in front of the train main station, bus and tram stops, so one can easily reach any other part of the city. In addition, one has beautiful views to mountains.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of the station. The rooms, even if not very spacious, are confortable enough. The breakfast is mainly japanese style and rather varied. Finally the staff is very nice and helpful. In our case they helped us a lot to ship our luggage to our following destination and they took care of everything. .

The rooms were a bit tight, especially if having some luggage. And rhe breakfast room was a bit crowded at certain time. But, in general from our point of view, according to the price.

Comfortable beds and room, bathroom includes bathtub, shower has good water pressure, TV in bedroom, easy check-in and check-out process, free luggage store after check-out, free breakfast, free water in lobby, two entrances to lobby, multiple elevators

Maybe just not enough room to comfortably open luggages of two people in the room and still have space to walk around freely, no free local TV channels
