The hotel is also very accessible, just a short walk from Toyama Station. The breakfast was exceptional. On the first day, we enjoyed the Western-style menu, and on the following day, we tried the Japanese set—both were delicious and beautifully presented.

It would be helpful if the hotel could update the in-room guidebook. Both of us tried to make a reservation for a massage service listed in the book, but when we called the number provided, we were informed that the service was no longer available. That was the only inconvenience we experienced during our stay.

Room was big with beautiful mountain views! Very conveniently located close to Toyama train station and within walking distance to a nearby car rental with hotel parking available for a fee which made transport a breeze! Hotel was also accommodating and allowed external visitors to the rooms for a short while which was very helpful - many other hotels did not allow this and we had to cancel another booking due to this restriction.

Hotel staff didn’t speak English well which made communication a little difficult but they were patient and nothing that Google translate couldn’t resolve.

Value for money hotel close to the train station and major tourist sites. Very comfortable room with good size beds and comfortable pillows. Easy check-in process and friendly staff.

I was happy with the hotel and price for the room and don't see anything that needs to be improved or changed. I would stay there again if travelling in the area.

Close to JR station, clean and comfortable. The closet door cannot be closed in the first room, so they changed us to another bigger room. Staffs are nice and eager to help.

It is located opposite side of the city centre, so everytime we need to walk through the JR station to get to the city centre, it takes around 5 mins though

The location is great and we had a huge window looking at the mountains which was incredible. The Japanese breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff were so kind and helpful.

There is limited interaction with the hotel staff that makes it feel impersonal. It’s not terrible though.

Immaculate room condition - big, clean and tidy. The biggest hotel ensuite bathroom I experienced so far. Superb hotel quality for the given price, from the building entrance, concierge desk, etc all the way to the hotel room. Even provided two free water bottles

Good location. The hotel is clean. Even though the hotel isn’t located in restaurant area but not too far from Toyama station which is surrounded by restaurants. Room is big enough for two guests.

Hotel location is at another side of Toyama station which isn’t surrounded by shops snd restaurants. But this isn’t a big problem. 7-11 is close to the hotel.

The location. It is very close to Toyama railway station which is very convenient.

May be a buffet breakfast would be better to avoid wastage of food.

The hotel is near the station, which was convenient for me because I have been doing day trips mostly. It's also near the food shops and shopping area.

Everything was good.

Just surprised: they gave fresh towels and toiletries on the second day also but didnt give water bottles as that they considered as welcome drink!
