The breakfast had a variety of japanese and western food (like bread, eggs, salad). the choices are only tweaked abit daily. had breakfast twice and that is sufficient lest we end up eating repeated food too many times. location is <5mins away from the JR station. there are 3-5 malls around the station. dining options around the hotel are aplentiful too.

hotel passed us umbrellas that were leaking so that ruined our time outside. upon arriving back to the hotel, we mentioned it to the front desk but she made no reaction and just took the umbrellas to the back, she did not look to have separated/ thrown the leaking one away. i hope im wrong and it is no longer being used to pass to guests.

The rooms were spacious and clean. They have onsen/ spa and steam room. Very close to Toyama JR station and Dentetsu-Toyama station (for those going to the Alpine route) right beside each other. Also nearby are malls and food establishments.

No Coin Laundry. They only have hotel laundry service which is too expensive. Ex. Coin laundry (wash + dry = 500 yen) but with Hilton it is around 500 yen more or less for 1 piece of shirt. There is an OLD and over used coin laundry around the corner but the machines were dirty and just too old and rusty. We ended up walking at least 600 meters one way just to get to a clean coin laundry named ＷＡＳＨハウス 牛島パークウエスト店 on google map. Also, unlike APA hotel, Hilton will not leave Or give daily amenities by your door the next day (for those who dont want room cleaning)(ex. New towels, yukata, tea, coffee, toothpaste,etc) otherwise you have to call and ask or turn ON the sign by the door for daily cleaning.

So close to the train station (just a few street crossing), approx 2mins away. The hotel is so conveniently located to shops and you get an amazing view of the Tateyama mountains as you cross the street to get to the station-breathtaking view which we got to see every morning we were there! The hotel and rooms were well kept and very clean, room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were very courteous of course. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great, with plenty of options and friendly staff. Toyama water dispenser near our room was a great also and convenient. Public bath, by appointment, was a very nice option after a long day out. Hotel is at a great location, just 5 min walk from the train stations, making travels to Kurobe Gorge and Tateyama for the Alpine Route very convenient.

Very new and clean hotel. Room is very comfortable. Good faciilities including onsen and gym. Buffet breakfast has both western and japanese options. The front desk staff Ami Koizumi helped to recommend a restaurant for dinner and it was very good. The staff were all well trained and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It was snowing badly when we arrived. So the short distance from train station to the hotel under heavy snow was not pleasant.

Everything was immaculate. The hotel is only a short walk from the bullet train station. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the gym has sufficient amount of exercise machine to keep fits. We can leave our luggage for the day with the hotel after we checked out for our stay.

good location and easy to excess to most of the tourist spots. Food around this hotel is nice only some food stalls are super famous until we need to visit 3 times than managed to get it.

This is a warm winter. No chance to see any snow on the top of Murodo. Try next time .

Everything was great. Very clean. King room was of reasonable size and I liked the option to have shower only without a tub. Perfect location -- close to Toyama station, a Lawson downstairs. Breakfast was decent with a mix of local and western choices; and the staff was very friendly!

Overall the facilites met my expectation.

The staff at the conceige asked for my credit card despite my payment was to pay vai Booking.com directly. The staff swiped my credit card 3 times. I kept asking her why but she just briefly said its for testing n refused to explain further. She did not bother to show me the print outs to ensure nothing was charged to my credit card or at least tear the paper slips to show transactios were void. I left the counter worrying.....

Very clean, nice design, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, very good location, near many transportation means, very nice baths on the 4th floor, echo effect in the shower room, tasty drinking water.

Nice to have: more space (shelves) for clothes, more amenities such as face cream, make-up cleansing oil etc. The room had some touch control panels which were not working very well.
