The communal kitchen and lounge was excellent. The rooms were beautifully styled and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly, gracious and accommodating. The locker was fantastic and was very close to the ski field.

The room was a little small for a family but still had room for them to bring in a baby bed/cot so it was comfortable for us. You did have to walk across the carpark to get to the snow field, but it was still extremely close and easy to get to the closest ski field.

Within 2-3 mins drive to UP Kannabe ski resort. Right opposite the hotel is a nice onsen, minimart, and bakery. Large common space on the first floor with pantry, large dining table and many sofa seats. You can heat up your cood, make instant noodle, have meals, with free coffee and tea.

You need a car to go to nearby restaurants and Lawson. The hotel has no restaurant but do have instant noodles and some snacks and drinks in vending machine for sale.

1. Not much choices of local restaurants in the area nearby. We picked the closest one with a few minutes drive. 2. Shower room is a bit small. There is no facilities in the shower room for hanging our clothes. We had to put our dry clothes outside the handrail of the bathroom door. This is not convenient when we shared the twin room with friends. 3. Could not accept payment by cash, nor by debit card

The room size was fantastic for families and we really appreciated the shared spaces since we were traveling with friends. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the mountain, bakery for breakfast and the onsen. During our visit there was more snow on the neighboring mountains that we drove to. Overall highly recommend hotel due to the great location.

This hotel is new comfy and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. Onsen is right next door. It is 1 minute walk. There's no restaurant nearby but you can buy things from vending machines and cook in the public space. Mr.Noda in front is very kind and helpful. Thank you for wonderful stay.

The staff were very attentive and helpful and the decor in hotel was modern and comfortable. I liked the free coffee machine in the shared space and the washing facilities were useful. There is a nice walk up to the crater of Mount Kannabe just behind the hotel.

Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of snow during our stay, but it didn’t matter as we could drive to another ski resort that was open.

This hotel is exceptional. Brilliant room and very helpful staff. Good laundry facility. Really close to the Onsen and hotel guests get a 100 yen reduction in cost for entry. A good selection of snacks also. May have been the first Kiwi to visit!

Location is a bit awkward for public transport. Very few buses. Good walk to Ebara Station all downhill. Took me 2 hours.

The television options in the room were limited to Japanese only channels. not a deal breaker but would be nice to be able to access netflix/YouTube for the price point.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairfield by Marriot Hyogo Kannabe Highland. The room was meticulously clean and quite spacious too. We liked how they are tucked away from the cities so that we get to enjoy local sites and eateries. We especially enjoyed fresh bread from Pain de A in the morning.

The hotel is beautiful. Very modern and clean with great social areas and free coffee and soup. The snack selection is great too and lots of good restaurants around
