An ideal place to stay if you are exploring Petra, about 5 minute walk to the visitor centre. We were able to take a packed lunch with us to explore each day which was ready waiting for us in the morning when we were heading out around 7am. I am a vegetarian which was no problem. The room was lovely as well.

Superb location walking distance to Petra. Very clean rooms, nice breakfast with lots of options. Parking convenient across the street but on a building site so don’t know how this will be in future.

The triple room from the kids was cold so had to be heated by airco (we stayed in December). There are limited dining options within walking distance but we knew this and had a car so no problem for us, but this is something to take into account.

This hotel is just literally less than 7min walk from the main entrance of Petra - so location wise this is 10/10. Good value for money too. Our room was very modern and clean which we quite liked. Not all the staff could converse in good English but they are accommodating as well. They have limited options of food in their breakfast which I think is typical in Jordan but they could improve on it by putting more food that cater for guests visiting from Western countries like UK. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay here so I reckon this hotel for me is 9/10.

Maybe just the to-go breakfast which we requested as we were heading early to Petra. We had two sandwiches which were quite hard and tough to chew and some tomato and cucumber which was a bit strange.

The location was perfect, just 5 minutes (or less) walking to Petra Visitor Center which you absolutely appreciate if you spend time in Petra from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. You don't dread the walk back. They very kindly gave us lunch boxes in the very early morning to take with us to Petra. The breakfast is super vast and delicious, we loved the omelette/pancake station. The guy at the reception was super nice and always greeted us with kindness, care and respect. Thank you for that.

The bed mattress was old with holes in it. The space between the night stand and bed was super dusty and dirty which brought up my allergies. The bathroom was uncomfortable, suuuper cramped.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Petra! The staff are really lovely and welcoming, they prepare a birthday cake for our son in the morning at breakfast!!! It’s right in the centre, just a couple of minutes walk into the visitors center area, which is far enough away to ensure a good nights sleep! We stayed in a room, super comfy huge bed and air conditioning, which was ideal, all for a really affordable price!

The transfer they arranged for us was not good. Driver tried to change our itinerary and was stopped by the police

Incredible location such a short walk to Petra visitors centre and other facilities such as shops a restaurants within easy walk. The hotel was very comfortable with a lovely room and good breakfast and dinner buffet.

The only downside is the lack of soundproofing within the hotel as you could hear other guests in the corridor even just using their keycard to get into their rooms. Also there is no alcohol served in this hotel which I appreciate is common in this country but there are a couple of places nearby you can find a drink. Do not let these small things but you off though as this is a very good hotel.

The reception man named Zayed was very very kind and accommodating. He answered all my questions well. The following morning there was another reception guys who was the complete opposite. Very strange and difficult to deal with. The location to Petra entrance was very good. Good parking in front of the hotel for rental cars. Had no issues finding the hotel and parking. The gift shop in from is very nice. The lady inside is SUPER SUPER nice. It's worth going inside just to talk with her. She tries very hard but is just a very pleasant person. The AC in our room was fantastic.

The breakfast wasn't very good. No Covid protocols followed. No masks and food wasn't very good. Wanted to eat the evening buffet but the rude receptionist made it too complicated for us so we went to another restaurant outside.

Nice hotel, nice room and nice shower. Loads of space and great smart TV. We had a triple room and there was loads of space. The beds were a little smaller than other hotels but still comfortable. The location is also very good as its walkable to petra and walkable to loads of food spots. The best part was the host, we had issues with our desert camp and the hotel concierge happily spoke with them in Arabic to get it all sorted for us. Really great people and very accommodating

The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Petra, with the main visitor's centre only a short walk away, but enough that means you aren't caught up in the busy comings and goings of taxis, coaches, etc. The staff were all lovely and able to provide all of the information we needed (including sorting out Petra By Night tickets and advising us on the free shuttle bus to Little Petra), and there's a small shop outside that has everything you could need (water, snacks, batteries etc.) at a more reasonable price than the tourist/curio shops within the World Heritage site. Our room was lovely, very clean and well appointed, with an excellent shower, good storage, and comfortable beds. The room had an effective air-con system (heats as well), which was appreciated after several hours hiking around. We didn't eat at the hotel during our stay, but that all seemed very easy and well managed as well.

Our shower head had a minor fault that meant it couldn't be moved up, but it was also equipped with a rain shower, which worked just as well. It really was a lovely hotel!
