Location is excellent, 2/3 minutes walk from the visitor centre. Many shops including food shops are next to the hotel. The staffs are very helpful.I had to change the date before 3 days of check-in as other friends wanted to visit. I could not change at the last moment. I contacted the hotel and they changed the date instantly. We had dinner at their restaurant, at 10 JOD pet adult and 6 JOD pe chid. Their buffet has plenty of options with soft drink and different desserts. The breakfast is also buffet with lot of options. Food is excellent. The room has coffee facility. We enjoyed our stay. Superb hotel at reasonable price with kind and helpful staffs, excellent food and location.

Their breakfast time is from 6am to 8:30am. They can change it to 6:30-9am. They provide only 3-in-1 coffee in the room, it would be great if they provide few tea bags. I have not find anything negative.

Awesome location, 5 minutes away from the entrance to Petra (which is appreciated when you come back from 10 hours of walking around the site). The staff is honest and very helpful. They can help you for all your needs. Buffet breakfast was complete, had many options and was delicious! Rooms are clean and comfy! Good value for money!

Water from the shower spreads all over the bathroom floor, but it is only a minor issue.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, being a mere 5-minute walk from Petra's main entrance. The property is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by the consistently helpful and cheerful staff. We found the beds comfortable and the rooms to be well soundproofed. While the breakfast was good overall, the selection of sweet items could be enhanced. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

The price is amazing. For dinner, night and breakfast. The meals are on time with Petra opening. The dinner starts before Petra by Night and the breakfast is on time to enter Petra right when it opens. Its the best option to get the most from Petra. Its a 5mn walk for the entrance.

The location is just 5-min walk to Petra Visitor Center, perfect hotel with nice view in the breakfast area. If I could rate the hospitality of people working in Sun City will be 100000x stars, Firas and the team (Ahmad, Ahmed, Yahya) granted all our request and their very flexible. Firas also arrange transporation for us to get around Jordan, and never miss a single day to check if we are comfortable and happy. I really recommend Firas, he knows how to make their guests feel welcomed and do extra mile to make sure we are happy in our tour in Jordan.

Very good location, walk to Petra visitor center in about 5mins, and it's mostly flat. Wadi Musa is very hilly, so not a lot of hotels actually located at somewhere you don't have to walk uphill after hiking inside Petra. Free and very good breakfast from 6, a lot of varieties. I think there are not many places open around 6 for breakfast (Petra opens at 630) Dinner buffet was also pretty decent for 10 JD. Room was clean, good AC and Wifi. Very friendly and helpful staffs.
