The Petra Moon Luxury Hotel is conveniently located opposite of the main entrance to Petra. It has everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The rooms a nice, well equipped, came with a free minibar, and are absolutely clean. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful doing their best to help you to a great stay - the Concierge even had a gift for my ten year old son. The breakfast was plenty and tasty. The hotel also has a free underground parking. I cannot comment on the Spa facilities and the rooftop pool - due to the few guests these were not open. What is sad to see is that the hotel like all the others are lacking guests during high season due to the Gaza war. Jordan felt absolutely safe and it is the perfect time to visit sites like Petra which are otherwise certainly quite crowded.

Everything you’d expect a 5 star hotel to be. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Room and hotel in general was spotlessly clean. Lovely view from the bedroom at the front of the property. Breakfast had a great selection for the Western taste. Located a very short 3 minute walk to the entrance to Petra

Faultless really. Food was very expensive but I guess that’s to be expected in a 5 star hotel.

Perfect location, right on the doorstep of Petra gate. The hotel staff were very attentive and super friendly. Service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out everything in the minibar was complementary. We stayed on fourth floor with Mountain View; and what a view it was! The rooftop pool is perfect for sunbathing with a beautiful view. The gym is great with every kind of equipment, it looks new and clean. I am still smiling about the chef making us cute teddy bear face pancakes at breakfast! Would stay here again.

A very pleasant stay. The staff was tremendously friendly. I got sick during my trip in Jordan and the staff was tremendously helpful. Immediately a doctor was called and helped whenever possible. I have not experienced such a friendly and cordial staff much. Also the room was very spacious and clean, everything was there that was needed. Also the food was very good. Located 2 minutes walk from the entrance to Petra and yet very quiet. In short, highly recommended.

Nothing, I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel location was perfect for Petra. Inside the hotel the room was exceptional. The service by all members of staff was that of a 5 star hotel. The guy on reception was simply remarkable. we were late for breakfast and he organised us coffee, smoothies and a light breakfast in the lobby area near the beautiful water feature.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location is the best, very close to the petra visitor centre and museums,breakfast was great and tasty, the staff and hotel managers were very friendly and helpful, a fairly new hotel and in immaculate condition, the complementary dinner was very nice,

The location was great, the breakfast excellent and the facilities clean and modern. Everything was satisfying.

The staff was in general helpful, but don't take their advice on excursions and trails, since they might try to propose some local guides and transfers for Petra, you don't actually need.

This was definitely the best stay I had in Jordan. I was surprised that it turned out to be even better than some major chains I stayed at right before arriving in Petra. The whole building looked brand new, the room was sparkling clean with lots of complimentary stuff, great facilities, and a beautiful view. The location was just perfect, around 2 minutes from the main entrance to Petra. I think this is one of the best options in Petra.

Hotel room was very clean, spacious. Staff was very friendly and supportable. Hotel location is great and very close to the Petra visitor entrance. Food and breakfast were good, hotel has a free parking. Overall we enjoyed the 2 nights spent in the hotel.

This was the best hotel i have ever stayed in, ultra modern. Everything was exceptional. The staff were the best ever, especially at breakfast. Although a self-service buffet with such an excellent choice of food and fresh omelette, the waiter's helped by serving food to our table along with coffee and drinks. A waiter noticed i dropped a tomato on my trousers and immediately offered to bring me a towel and some hot water. I was so pleased. My mother is elderly so staff drove us to the Petra site entrance.
