This is our second time here and we will keep returning! It suits our family really well as we can get a three bedroom apartment with a kitchen. Our family has food allergies and it’s beneficial to have a kitchen to prepare food in to visit the Petra site. Also nice that our stay included breakfast! That was a pleasant surprise! It was a newly added area of the hotel this year. The female manager was also wonderful and speaks English fluently so don’t be nervous about needing to speak Arabic!

We were happy with our stay.

Leia was a friendly and professional host. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Also a good location, a short drive to the Petra entrance.

Only a couple of small maintenance issues that should be addressed - the abajoor/window shutters should be fixed so they can block out noise and light for better sleeps. Bathroom drain could be cleaner (there were hairs blocking the drain). Fridge was not cold enough to keep food in it, only the freezer worked.

The employees are very welcoming and the receptionist tried her best to accommodate us! She was so nice and gave us a better apartment free of charge that had an AC. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Very good accommodation if you are planning to stay in Wadi Musa to visit Petra!

The kitchen sadly wasn’t very clean, we couldn’t use the cooker or the fridge (was very smelly)

Downtown and Petra is only 30 mins walk. The Manager has helped me in a great deal. Give us great recommendation and also help us in ways to save money by finding way to pay local prices. Anything you need help with, she will kindly to help you. Highly recommended. I cant thank her enough !!

Wifi might noot be strong in the room but router was provided to resolve this issue.

I like the cleanliness and comfort making our stay very pleasant. A special mention to the receptionist, Leah, who was incredibly welcoming and provided a neat and comfortable room. She gave us useful information about the places to visit in Petra and suggested some good restaurants for dinner. Free parking right in front of the hotel is a big plus.

great and big appartement with all we needed and very kind person at the reception (sorry i can't remember her name but I can tell she is very kind for everyone, our daughters really enjoyed their special omlet on the day we left ;-) as gift) The road to Petra by car is very easy and the flat is very clean, big and enjoyable

The receptionist was very kind and considerate of us. The apartment was nothing special but it was cozy and comfortable for the four of us. The location is great for walking to Petra, and it overlooks Wadi Musa. Thanks for a wonderful stay and being so kind to us! 🙏

The water took a while to get warm while showering and the toilet bowl or shower water was always leaking into the floor.

We arrived late at night, so it was closed, but after a brief phone call to the owner, we were met by a young lady from Africa who showed us around. She was very nice and friendly, brought us towels and provided us with the wifi. We were a group of 4 and apartment met our expectations. Large 2 bedrooms, very spacious living room, huge kitchen and bathroom. That could have been cleaner, but nothing we couldn't survive. Water was leaking from the sink, so there was water on the floor all over the bathroom. We paid on the spot in EUR, as we didn't manage to exchange the local currency and it was worth the money. We were leaving very early in the morning to visit Petra, so breakfast was left on the door handle in the morning. This wasn't the best-es idea as it all fell off when we opened the door. We went up to the reception dining area to eat the breakfast there, as there was a supply of tea and coffee, although it didn't look anything like on the pictures. Views of the city centre from the reception area were amazing. In overall, I would happily stay here again.

Water leakage in the bathroom, simple breakfast. Walk from the city centre/Petra was quite steep, but you obviously have to count with it.

Nice hotel not so far away from Petra, a really nice and helpul receptionist, ordered us dinner from a local reastaurant for a reasonable price:) There is a view on Petra from the hotel.

It was a bit cold, but there were blankets available in the rooms and we could turn on the air conditioning to heat the rooms.

Very near to Petra. Staff Ms Lea is very kind ti give all the necessary information we need to know which best restaurant to eat. Very accommodating at the same time, 10/10

although we didn’t use the kitchen, the soap and the sponge should be changed. its very dirty. also the exposed pipes in the bathroom needs to be covered. Overall, we are still satisfied
