Been to 47 countries, and this has been one of my best stays thanks to Mo, he’s the perfect host. Left me check-in earlier and check-out a bit late, suggested me the best trek in Petra, the fair taxi fares and what to do in town, took care of my stomach illness, and sent me with his friend to the bus station. I’m more than grateful to him for everything. And the room is just perfect, it has: comfortable beds, good bathroom and shower, a desk and good wifi for remote work, a silent fridge, and breakfast. All for great value, don’t think twice!

The place has a lot of stairs (see photo), so it may be the only problem for people with disabilities or heavy baggage.

Wow! What a place! Located smack bang in the centre of Petra and is only a short stroll to the visitors centre, amazing restaurants and cafes as well as other essential services. This place is clean, newly renovated with the most unbelievable customer service I have ever experienced. Moh is a super friendly host who will look after all your needs and give you the best unbiased advice. He went out of his way to ensure my every need was catered for and even went beyond the call of duty. This place is homely, friendly, clean and modern. Do yourselves a favour, don’t hesitate as this place respects the client and ensures you are in a home away from home. Extremely highly recommended!

It’s in the heart of the town and you can easily access all the necessities within the area, restos, pharmacy, and bakala (convenience store). It’s a 5-minute drive to Petra maybe less if no traffic. The rooms were clean and we definitely enjoyed our stay because of the very welcoming and very helpful host Maher. He would give you tips about Petra — which has definitely helped us in our 2-day excursion and would assist you with everything you need. Only downside was the availability of parking but it was not that big of a problem, a slot frees up from time to time. Will definitely recommend!

I made a check-in after petra Adventure. Lovely hospitality! Amazing location 3/5 min from petra. The price is very low and a super nice hotel. Many cafes around to eat. The manager: forget the name. Gave us upgrade room, support us in any question to solve. For future! If 1st check in: the manager will guide you for petra and give you additional help to make the journey easy. I highly recommend THIS HOTEL. Always stay here if you have a plan to visit Petra.

Very friendly owner with lots of useful info. He had breakfast available very early so we could get to Petra and gave very useful advice. A good laugh too. Had great sleeps, great shower too. Good TV plenty of stations although we brought our own media player and connected it up

It is quite close to the call to prayer speakers so bring earplugs. I think that's common though for all hotels, just part of the culture!

Location is less than 10min drive away from Petra visitor center. Perfect for us, since we were visiting Petra for just a day. Rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom was sparky clean. We had no issues in finding the place, the details were coordinated very well by the owner. No dedicated parking, but there are plentiful just outside the hotel, which was safe as well. Right in the middle of city center, with walking distance to shops, markets, restaurants. Over very happy with the place and stay. P.S - Owner recommended Petra exploration, and his tips helped us a lot. Really thankful to him for the tips on touristy stuff.

Bathroom door was getting jammed while using - not a deal breaker though. Breakfast could have had some more options, at-least live counter for eggs.

Great location- restaurants, stores, and Petra were easily accessible. Best part of the stay was the hospitality. I genuinely felt cared for by staff and my safety and experience were top priority to them. I was provided with recommendations on when, how, options as to exploring Petra. I could reach out with any questions or concerns anytime during my stay, whether regarding local activities or future plans in a separate town. I was checked in on. I felt comfortable with the staff, which meant a lot as I received a lot of unwanted attention from men being a solo female traveler. No one ever crossed boundaries and made sure I felt good and safe. Staff is super helpful securing transportation to wherever you need to go. And all staff and guests got along well. The close knit family vibe is worth the stay. You get breakfast and water everyday. And can pack a snack for Petra treks. Very calm, relaxing stay.

I loved how helpful and nice Mahr, the receptionists in general and Adnan were. They helped us so much with transportarion from our hotel to Wadi Rum - and from Wadi Rum back to Queen Alia Airport in Amman with Adnan. Mahr took us with open hands and showed us a map on how to get through Petra and get the most out of it withon two days. He made sure we gor every detail of it before we started exploring. We also love how friendly they were. I could just go in at the hotel and feel at peace. It was like being at home. The hospitality was amazing and Mahr made us feel as if we were a family. We would get new towels whenever we needed it without any hesitation and problem, more toilet paper, and also water in bottles at our disposal at all times.

I wish the bathrooms were a bit bigger and that the pressure from the showerhead was stronger.

You get more than what you pay for here. The host is without a doubt exceptionally helpful and honest.  Located essentially in the center of Wadi Musa so its close to most of the best restaurants and dessert shops, and is not more than a short walk away from the Petra Visitors center.

The wifi was a little spotty but it was more to do with the local provider

The gentleman at the check in desk was exceptionally helpful. He provided us a map and directions to enjoy Petra for the day. He also indicated a restaurant that was excellent and gave us a discount because of his recommendation. The value for the money was great.

There are a lot of stairs to get down to the check in and a lot of stairs to get up to the room. This was fine for me and my travel companions but it is definitely not accessible for those with limited mobility.
