This guy of hotel he offered me money and stayed with me until i found it While i was in amman i was i wont visit here again but when i went to wadi musa i swear iam coming back And there was a guy called MR SABRI in the hotel who helped me alot Thank u jordan for this service and for MR SABRI I wont ever forget this i will come back again And the hotel was amazing very good perfect

Very attentive and polite staff always ready to help. Good location only 6 minutes by car from Petra Archeological site. Good and varied breakfast. There is also option to have linch and dinner at the hotel but you are also close to a large choice of local restaurants. Big room with comfortable bed and fully equipped bathroom.

No much we would change and nothing by fault of the great staff. The only thing we found that could improve was the time it took for hot water to start (it took a good 10minutes with open tap to get hot water). Also soundproofing isn't the best but I think this is across most of the hotels we stayed.

The breakfast was amazing and the hospitality of the owner was exceptional. It's located very close to the entrance to Petra (4min drive or 20 min downhill walk). It was the best value for money in the area in terms of cleanliness, quality of service and comfort. Lots of great tips and insights

Service is over the top, I went with my son and the people were extremely helpful and nice to our family. they even help me to park in a busy street. the food is pretty good too and really local which is amazing. The room is more comfortable than I ever expected and it is really close to the visitor center in Petra. I would definitely come back.

if you are by car you need to check out for parking in the area as the hotel has none. you can always find a spot i noticed but maybe because i went out of season.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view of Petra. There are lots of supermarkets and cafes on the same street. It is walking distance to the lost city so we didn’t need to book a taxi once for the few days we spent there. Khaldoun was the most amazing host who helped us a lot with our travel plans and made us feel so at home! I would definitely recommend this gem of a hotel to others.

The rooms were very clean. All the staff were warm and welcoming. Great thanks to their driver Omar who made us feel safe and was a great driver thru the long winding terrain.

At night the room got a bit colder .Even with the heating turned on . It would be great if they offered an extra cover in the room for those who feel colder to use.Also the rooms were cleaned every day which is great but the bedsheets were never changed for the entire duration.

The position is really good, in the centre of the city of Petra, and just 2 minutes far by car to the entrance of the archeological site. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for a good night sleep. The staff is really nice and friendly, especially Caldon, one of the receptionist! He brought us to see Petra by night from two different amazing view points no tourist knows. Thanks to him we had an amazing experience!

we had just problem with the water in the shower as soon as we checked in, but they were ready to solve it

Breakfast was very good, room was very nice, was able to park my car right in front, and Khaldoun at reception was extremely kind and attentive. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the entrance of Petra. There’s lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Just know it’s on a hill, so you’ll be walking back up after visiting Petra.

Good location related to restaurants. A short drive from Petra visitors centre. Staff was friendly and helpful - relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast was just ok, nescafe instead of real coffee - but this is usual in Jordan. Scramled Eggs were very oily. Nevertheless we could still fill bellys before Petra hike.
