The hotel is around a 5-min drive from Petra Visitor Center — which is convenient! The host Ali is a very nice, kind and helpful man. He loves to make jokes and he takes good care of the traveller! He even woke up early to make breakfast for me, how sweet!

The hotel and its facilities are old, but luckily it is comfortable and there are no bugs. But the toilet stinks so much. The lid needs to be down all the time to prevent the smell from coming out. And the shower is a bit hard to use. I am not sure if it’s my problem, but I didn’t figure out how to get hot water for shower.

Hotel is small, friendly, comfortable, not luxurious, just pleasant enough with a lobby as comfortable as you are at home. Breakfast was OK, enough to eat enough to be able for the half day activities. Muhamed is a friendly person, good speaking English. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, there is enough space in the room. There was a small problem with hot water, that was solved in a moment. Nice and pleasant place to stay. If you seek for a luxurious space, with a big room and baldachins, try another hotel. This one is for travellers, for people that like friendly contact and new horizons.

The stuff was very nice and helpful. We had not much time for the breakfast but we ordered dinner in the place and it was amazing- big plates with delicious , home prepared traditional food .Definitely worth it for the price. On the next evening the dinner was arranged again by the hotel stuff - cooked on fire in the Little Petra area and it was amazing again. The facilities need renovation but is value for the money. The big plus of the hotel is the location - in the center, near to shops, fast food places , restaurants .. 5 min from the bus station and 10 min walking from Petra entrance

We send kind regards to Ali, the receptionist who was so welcoming and supportive. He wanted to help us with evertyhing and he is the best part of this hotel. The area is full of restaurants and bars and it is perfect localization to explore Petra.

The bed could have been more comfortable. The one thing that left a bad taste in our mouth was the owner who offered us help when we lost our keys to the car and needed a short ride. After, we arrived back to the hotel he said "it would be nice" to pay him 5 JD for petrol. This was really unexpected, because it was not help but service and he could have mentioned it beforehand. He also did it in a weird way asking for the money through the receptionist. It annoyed us at the end and destroyed a good impression.

Good location Clean room(for Jordan standards). If you are coming from Europe or US, lower your standards Hot water(very important, because in some other locations from Jordan we did not have hot water) Very nice and kind host

Dinner (10 JOD/person) was good but I would not try it every night. I recommend you the restaurant near my home petra( when you exit, on the right) Lunchbox for Petra(5 jod each). I do not recommend! Not only at this location, but at any location in wadi Musa. Just go at the supermarket and buy whatever you want to eat. Or you can eat inside Petra. It will cost you a little bit more, but it's worth They had AC for heating but it did not work.

The location was great, our room was clean and spacious and we were taken care of in any matters. The staff was super nice and they helped us with everything. They organized a lunch paket for us, made sure we had everything we needed and they were always available if needed.

There is nothing to complain about. The only thing they have to change are the beds. They could need new mattresses. But for the price we paid it was fine. The breakfast could also need a tiny bit more of variety or at least 2 kinds of jams. But still - for the price we paid everything was great and we will definitely come back

This is a basic but good guesthouse in the centre of Wadi Musa. The highlight was the receptionist Ali who provided great customer service. He also organised our bus tickets to Wadi Rum and even prepared us an early breakfast at 5:30 in the morning as we would leave for the early bus.

Understand that this is a basic guesthouse and not a hotel. The room is basic but clean enough and fine for a night after visiting Petra.

Me and my Mom were staying in My Home Petra Hotel for 2 nights in July of the year 2022. We hugely enjoyed the stay, which's biggest positive was the service and owner's helpful attitude. The rooms were equipped with all of the facilities mentioned in the offer and they were working. Breakfast was local and nice. The place was quiet, despite being full of international guests. The location, price, facilities and service makes this hotel a perfect, budget place to stay when visiting wonderful Petra. The biggest plus of the place was the service of it's owner. Due to our rental car breaking down hours away from hotel, we spent a night at Jordanian police station (don't deal with Avis!) and arrived at the hotel 8 hours late, at 6 am. The owner was waiting for us, made sure we felt welcomed, prepared breakfast and helped us park. Throughout the stay, he was contactable, kind, flexible with breakfast hours, clearly described the rules and put efforts to always ask for our feedback, making sure our stay most adapted and possibly most comfortable. At the check-out, he showed us the wonderful view over the Red Canyon from his hotel's roof. Thank you, once more! If we were meant to come to discover Petra's amazingness again, we'd surely choose My Home Petra once more.
