The room was clean and spacious. Our request to have a hair dryer and some additional shower gels were promptly attended to. The very friendly housekeeping staff, Ray and Kazungu, were always happy to help. Their swimming pool is one of their best features and the attendant, Frank, makes every activity worth it. The grounds are well maintained and the complementary madafu (coconut water) served as you chill was very welcome. Amos, one of the ground staff, even took the time to tell us more about the palm trees. For breakfast and dinner, the variety is a bit limited but what is available is adequate.

5th time I've stayed here fantastically set beach front paradise Nice staff 👍 Due to flight changes lost a day travelling and a day at the end Then I was astonished when checking out that I was charged for not checking in on the first day and charged again for the room we out to check out a day early Not impressed and after that presented with a stack of bar bills which we had played cash Basically we got ripped off Bloody shame love this place T Sheard

Plaza Beach Hotel is a home away especially for families. We enjoyed every bit of the stay and even made new friends. The staff were courteous and ready to help when required. I acknowledge the exceptional assistance by Frank and his colleague at the pool, Mr. Vald, Capt. Frank, Sharon and colleague at the bars, Mr. Wilfred organized a surprise birthday entertainment by staff for our daughter during diner on the first day, Barbra ensured our room was exceptionally clean and ready to assist.

Just adjust the diner time from 7:30pm to 6pm to accommodate the little ones who sleep early.

The breakfast was fine and met my satisfaction.

The guy (Sadik ) who was assisting us taking our luggage to the room and taking out the luggage during checkout has impressed us. He was really helpful and more than willing for any assistance!

Slow service and restaurant

As booked I got a sea facing room a few meters to the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Susan at Guest relations, dining staff and accommodation. The hotel is also walking distance to Yuls and the Italian restaurant La casa de Nico.

my opinion, love pastries for dinner and breakfast. that’s all. For safety purposes, please add a drying floor towel in the bathroom as the floors are tiled..

Big nice room, good shower, tasty dinner buffet (didn't try a la carte), beautiful hotel with great staff.

The AC was a bit weak. We don't like it very cold but could have been an issue if we did.

Our sea view room right at the beach, with perfect sight on the beautiful sunrise. Monkeys are playing in the garden. The pool is nice.

There wasn't a breakfast buffet cause we were nearly the only guests. Breakfast was ok and abundant but just not the buffet experience that we expected. The beach is full of hustlers and its impossible to have a tranquil beach walk without defending your privacy every 30 seconds. The wifi was very bad and unstable.

The stay was memorable...staff were friendly, polite and ready to help always.Food was delicious. Premises clean and well maintained. I would refer anyone and everyone to try plaza beach hotel anyway. As for me,I will come back again and again.

There was no night entertainment for the 1 whole week I was there...it was promised as part of the package....was not told its only done when there are many visitors...we were more than 10 people from the dinning room attendance....the hotel should have organised something because every guest matters.
