- great location, supermarkets & cafes in close proximity, safe area with security - the foods is great, I loved it - daily cleaning - everyone there is very nice & professional

i think the apartments aren’t sound proof because I was staying in apartment 301 and i could hear almost everything from the apartment next to me 302. sometimes it was annoying cause they were too loud and I could hear the shows they were watching as if I was with them.

Staff were great! They decorated our room with fresh flowers upon arrival for our honeymoon. They were so accommodating with check out time. Overall location was convenient in terms of having things close by.

It would get quite noisy some nights (not all) - and this was solely based on location and has nothing to do with the actual hotel accommodations. It was unfortunate because all night, we were kept awake by dogs, monkeys, games that were held in the nearby field. Had I been a party person awake at night, I may not have minded. But as a person who really likes a quiet night of sleep - it was something noticeable for us.

I was lucky to be on the 10th floor, the view was beautiful. Meals ordered to the room also delicious. Comfortable spacious apartment. No AC though. Also, the imam in the mosque made huge noise with his prayers he sang in loud speaker, even during the night, but that's probably just some seasonal issue because I think it was Ramadan. The hockey field was interesting to watch, the noise from the players was audible but not disturbing on the 10th floor. Overall good value.

My stay at this hotel in Nairobi was nothing short of amazing. The environment was clean and relaxing, and the food was absolutely delicious. What stood out the most was the incredible service—Jecinta and Brian were especially outstanding. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my errands. Thanks to them, my trip felt smooth and I never once felt alone. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi.

The hotel is in City park crescent, which is a gated community. There's security at the gate checking each car. This makes me feels safe inside the community. The community is not close to the busy areas so it's better to order an Uber ride to go to the city. The hotel is not next to the main road so it can be a bit challenging for Uber drivers to find it. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and the services are very good. The breakfast is made to order with lots of choices, you get to eat at the cafe or have it delivered to your room.

There's a mosque nearby and the morning service starts a bit after 5AM. It broadcasts the service (at least a part of it) on loudspeaker. We are light sleepers and was woken up by it every morning.

The staff was awesome(reception, the cook, cleaning team, security), hats off to all of them. The apartment is cosy, there are amenities to cook or prepare something easy. Also you can order food from the kitchen, i did 2x and both were really good. There is 2 layers of security, first to enter the neighbourhood and then to enter the hotel. Daily cleaning of the apartment was excellent.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the mosque close to the hotel is noisy, but well thats how mosques are :)

Convenient location with security, free parking, clean, great breakfast brought to the room, staff were amazing, great value for money. Have recommended this place to family and friends.

The bed is a tad uncomfortable. We were not bothered by the call for prayer that other reviews have commented on. But we live in the middle east so we are used to it.

This was my second time spending a week at L'Aziz! It was like coming back home. Well, the facility is just well organized and well maintained with nice beds and spacious rooms. I love the reception. Smart, quick and painless. They don't ask you to pay in advance as most hotels in Nairobi do. They know that their clients will always be pay! This level of trust keeps me hooked to this hotel. Shower at L'Aziz is greatly relaxing with hot water flowing regardless of the time you step in. Breakfast is also great and they bring it to the room FREE. Very few hotels in Nairobi do this. The list of good things about L'Aziz is long, so to suffice is to say that you will not go wrong staying here. What's more! The rates are GREAT! The location within City Park (gated community) may give a negative impression of lack of security but the security guards manning the main entry gate are very thorough, and the hotel has additional manned gate, so security is very good.

I can't find bad things to say about this facility, except that sometimes breakfast take too long to come. So, be sure to order well in advance (at least 30 min in advance) if you are in a hurry in the morning. Also, occasionally noise from the neighborhood filters in, but this is nothing to stop you from sleeping on the comfortable beds. I wish they could improve on the quality of coffee!

No air conditioning, which is a little inconvenient but really not too bad. The staff are lovely and provided a fan which really helped

It was very convenient that breakfast is included in the room rate. The menu offered choice and the options were healthy and hearty. I think most guests would agree, this is not a meal you want to skip!

It appeared as though the free Wi-Fi was throttled down and sometimes did not work well. It was not possible to have meaningful video calls. In addition, the number of TV channels available for viewing were not as many as during a previous stay.
