WiFi quality was an issue, as could only get signal in reception area (not in rooms).

Only my husband had breakfast, l rarely eat early, he felt it was Fair but if it could have a variety. The Staff were very nice if you call the reception and request for something , it would be brought promptly.

If you could change the mattresses in room 401, maybe they are old, too much noise. The issue where a client arrives early in the morning and they can't be allowed to access the room until 2pm or pay a full day,s rate if they have to is really unfair to a client who is so tired and needs to rest. The cleaning of the cups should be taken care of.

From the moment we stepped out of the cab, we were greeted with smiles and welcomes from the staff. They are polite and courteous in every interaction and they seemed to strive to do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself was very spacious (much larger than your standard hotel room) with all standard amenities readily available. The AC worked perfectly and was more than adequate in this heat! The bed was also extremely comfortable. Would also definitely recommend the Chinese/Indian restaurant as the food was some of the best I’ve eaten anywhere. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean with good quality toiletries and clean bath linen. We had buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and all dishes were freshly prepared; from breads to boiled eggs to porridge to grilled vegetables. There was also a live counter for omelettes. We ordered Indian dishes a la carte for dinner and the portions of all main courses; except for the chapatis were sufficient. The chapatis were rather small in size (about1/3 that of an usual Indian chapati) and that took us by surprise. However, we would soon learn that this was the norm for Kenya. :)

The rooms, though comfortable, are a bit dated.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was nice. The pool and the gym were also very good. Breakfast offered a good selection of food and everything was delicious. The Umami restaurant is also a great option.

The notice in the room which listed the services offered by the hotel was not up to date: the hotel did not offer excursions, money exchange or a rooftop bar, although this was indicated in this booklet. Although the hotel is secure and pleasant, the area is less so. In the bathroom, the water did not always evacuate well

All facilities, rooms are clean and big and the staff at the front desk are absolutely amazing. That is actually true for the staff of the hotel overall. They are ready to help and make sure you are comfortable.

The bathroom are a bit run down, but it’s not a deal breaker. The room we were in had loud music coming in from one the bars of clubs which were next to it. There isn’t much the hotel can do about it but they should inform the bar that their music is inconveniencing guests a lot.

The room, the breakfast, the Chinese/Indian restaurant but most of all the staff who were very helpful and attentive to details.

The Bonheim restaurant dinner, we got there the first night and ordered a bolognaise and fried chicken. Both meals did not taste good sadly, never thought anyone could go wrong with bolognaise and fried chicken. We opted to keep with the Asian restaurant rest of the stay and that was always good. There is only 1 therapist for the spa which we only found out when we got to our appointment after we had been confirmed for 2 people at the same time. This caused a bit of fustration but the masseuse was very good. Strongly suggest that when she is not available to answer the phone all bookings are channel to the reception rather than the gym instructor who has no clue about these things.

The staff very attentive and professional. The rooms are very clean, with all furniture that make it comfortable with the possibility to work. The hotel is elegance and beautiful. The location is great. I certainly recommend.

For improvement: the spa is dirty and clients are getting in the pool with full clothes which is not hygienic without having a shower first. Therefore we did not use this facility. The breakfast is good but it must be included in the room rate. Easier for company.

The Security staff at the gate had no where to stand in from the pouring rain. The only cover they had was an umbrella and a wet jacket, and the rain persisted for days during my stay
