Mutually understanding and respect on rendering services to client.

The booking system of your hotel should be accuracy - the online booking should reflect the correct numbers of nights an individual/persons will overnight I the hotel and that should be corresponding with the system on the ground. I had only 6 nights in your hotel and the online booking system reflects that; however your system made me to pay for 7 nights (with extra 1 night and I never overnight there) - this is a daytime robbery. Initially, you need to look at the flight time of your clients (that's arrival time in the City as well as the departing time from the City) as reflected on his/her flight ticket - based on that, it's where you calculate your booking rate per night.

Breakfast was amazing. So much choice and variety. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfy. There was oooodels of hotwater. There is a pool on site and a gym...easy to access. Security was really good.

The downside is the awful bathroom smell of mouldy drain water/stagnant water. It was horrid. The hotel really needs to deal with this issue. They offered to move us, but we declined as at the end of the day we were just sleeping there, not hanging out for the day!! The bedroom window mosquitoe netting needs replacing.

I had to fly in a hurry for a funeral.amd booked at the DP apartment facility which was pathetic...the room was not cleaned, with dust lying all.overz no water, no wifi. I landed on very late hours of Sat and had to attend funeral ceremonies on Sunday. My wife.amd I moved on Mday...Your staff at the reception was one of the reasons we were convinced we move. We only passed for breakfast and when we went to her to enquiry for some other stuffs, she was so.accomofative and gave us so many good advices for our stay in Nrb that the next moment my wife asked me to book with her for the rest of our stay. We stayed for 4 nights which were made very comfortable...the house cleaning gave us our time and we would leave on odd hours of.the day after which they would clean the room, the security guards were so friendly. The whole experience staying at the hotel was the best highlight of our trip.

My own decision of stating at DP apartments for the first 2 nights.

The location is very good, you can get easily anywhere in Nairobi. There is also good places to eat near the hotel but You can also eat in the hotel if you want. Parklands is a safe neighborhood also and the safety in the hotel is very very good. There is also a supermarket in the same building with the hotel. The staff is very friendly and help with everything. If you ask something they provide it kindly. The breakfast was good and you can enjoy very nice views over Nairobi while eating it. Bonus is the fresh omelets you get from the cook. We enjoyed the fresh fruits and vegetables a lot. The hotel also has a restaurant in which you can have dinner with fair prices and watch the sun set over Nairobi. Cleaning is good and the cleaners especially the ladies are very kind and clean well the rooms. Decent people with very good working ethics. The staff was very kind to our son, so the hotel is also child friendly. It has a pool and there is a child’s pool, so something to do for the children. Also the price is very good compared to many places in Nairobi. Thank You so much.

The interaction of the staff was professional, the staff at kitchen as well. the place is calm. The security are friendly and always ready to help and guide.

The extra fees for guest is unnecessary to be that amount. I would like to request if the management can revise it especially for guests who are not spending night at the facility.

Loved the central location, decent facilities, helpful and friendly staff, and all for good value. Will definitely come back!

rooms were very small. I have taken king bedroom but were very small with the kids. it also needs renovation. pool was not clean properly. kids pool was very dirty. I went twice for sona bath but it was not working. staff was really helpful and kids friendly.

The hotel itself is lovely and has all you need, lovely restaurant and fantastic staff. Bouiface Mougare on reception was a god send. If you do stay here rest assured that any needs or requirements will be met. From enquiries, trips, general needs and much more. all staff were great but Bouiface, he’s your man! I do think the pool area and spa could do with a little updating and some extra finishing touches. I had a few treatments but didn’t use the pool or gym but many did. Very clean and rooms serviced daily. Tea, coffee and water in your room and restocked daily. Services across the establishment are available and done so promptly. Great base to get around Nairobi and afar. Included breakfast that had a good range and a chef at hand for omelettes and pancakes whilst looking out glass ceiling to roof windows. I would most definitely recommend this place.

Think the entrance downstairs doesn’t represent hotel to the same standard. The spa and pool facilities could do with some finishing touches and perhaps a couple more treatment options.

The gym,good breakfast,nice reception staff.

The cleaners never changed my linen or cleaned on some days even when I told them so,the last day the slim lady gave me attitude after I asked her to clean my room. When I came back,she had not changed the linen or cleaned the room,but made the bed and took off.
