Cleanliness, Universal outlets, TVs in all rooms, Great working station, Great Kitchen, Courteous staff. Generally, very comfortable place & felt just like home.

Bathroom fan is controlled outside of the apartment(had to ask Reception to turn it on), Had to ask for toilet paper ( no extra rolls left in unit), Restaurant prices are fairly high (highest we've seen in any major city in the world considering we travel a lot), walls are fairly thin (unit right next to us had very loud music on our last night there while we had to be up for 4 am). We could hear everything!

This serviced apartment was beautiful and clean and in a great central location to restaurants, and tourist activities! 15 to 20 mins uber to anything and everything! The restaurant downstairs is great, and we loved the roof top bar area overlooking city! Beds were very comfortable and we loved how much space we had as a family! Bonus was laundry room which was great for multi stay trips or people with families! Apartment was very new and modern and a second bonus was netflix for children! Also was very secure and security team was so lovely! Definitely would return!

Very polite, friendly and helpful staff, giving a customer good pieces of information about how you go around the city with security advice. Very clean and comfortable apartment type of a hotel room, with living space, system kitchen, and a bedroom. A smart TV with a wide enough screen, open for mirroring from your devices. Not too noisy as a location in Kilimani, serene and relaxing.

The price can be discounted for those who stay long.

We really enjoyed our stay at Somerset and we are happy to come back in the future. It will continue to be one of our go to places in Nairobi. The modern and spacious apartment was very clean and well equipped while it still felt homey, especially considering that a lot of modern apartments tend to feel less cozy or comfortable. The location in Kilimani/Kileleshwa was safe, green, and very convenient for getting around. The amenities and facilities are excellent, too. The staff was super accommodating, and even took care of our suitcases after check out. All over an excellent experience!

Very helpful staff, great location with good food options within walking distance (e.g. Cedar’s, Moxies, …).

Unfortunately the pool is mostly in the shade, making it quite cold when exiting the pool and also hard to achieve any sunbathing. Only a minor detail.

Fantastic stay at the Somerset Nairobi, in great location, Staff great, Superb heated pool, Security was excellent and felt very safe. Apartment and building very stylish !
