Everything. The staff were spectacular, patient and amazing.

I didn't like that I had to use the translater everytime. It would have been nice if they understood the basics of communication like when asking for salt or honey. However, I also got to learn their language in order to be able to communicate which perhaps is an experience I will have and always cherish. But yes the language barrier was an inconvenience.

Overall Pullman was a great experience Hotel is well maintained & is very pretty. Staff are really lovely. The main restaurant is delicious, food was excellent and a good mix of western and Vietnamese. Breakfast is also very good and tasty with lots of variety. The mad cow restaurant was really incredible but is slightly overpriced, it’s very expensive comparatively speaking to other restaurants in the area. It’s on the higher end and more like Singaporean prices. The main restaurant on the ground floor is more reasonable and is worth the money for sure. We had an issue with our room, there was a strong smell from the drains which can happen in tropical climates but the hotel rectified the situation and upgraded us to a beautiful villa at no extra charge. It was so nice and we were very happy there. The beach is very nice and well maintained

Only issue is the location. It’s very close to the airport which is great but the surrounding area is pretty rundown and lots is abandoned developments. You can travel around very easily to sunset town or to Phu Quoc main town but you will have to take taxis. If you have smaller kids, there is nowhere to go other than the resort within walking distance. If you’re ok with taking taxis then this is a very good option as it’s one of the best resorts on the island.

Staff was friendly and kind. A young lady name Xuan who serve us in Salt & Pepper Restaurant were helpful, kind and friendly.

Great facilities and comfortable rooms. The sunloungers by the pool were extremely comfortable and it was great to have bikes available to use. Buffet breakfast was sublime, best we’ve ever had. Our check in experience was unfortunately quite soured by a gentleman that took to immediately abruptly questioning us to sign up to Accor program, without any level of detail on what it was, questioning us about why we did not have a credit card and that using our debit card to make purchases is risky at the hotel. Nothing was explained in any level of detail and left us not confident at all in anything we were responding to. This whole experience left us extremely uncomfortable and honestly quite shaken especially after just arriving in a foreign country. All other staff members were extremely pleasant however for a 5 star resort, staff directly engaging with guests should be able to communicate with basic English. The young gentleman working in the breakfast area, believe his name is Loo, always had the most welcoming smile on his face. He should be commended for how he makes other guests feel. Recommend the resort adds more shuttles to the town.

My time at the Pullman was an absolute delight, creating memories I will cherish. The resort staff consistently went above and beyond, ensuring a perfect stay from start to finish. The breakfast experience was truly exceptional, with a remarkable selection of high-quality food that surpassed all expectations. The Breakfast Team (including Thai, Lingh, Nghia, and others) deserves immense credit for their outstanding service and genuine warmth, making each morning incredibly welcoming. The Mad Cow restaurant proved to be a culinary gem, a true flagship of the resort. Beyond the dining, the rooftop yoga classes offered breathtaking views, while the idyllic green lawns, swaying palms, and spacious, meticulously maintained grounds provided a tranquil and relaxing escape. I also had an amazing experience at the Pullman Spa, which I highly recommend to anyone staying at Pullman Phu Quoc.

The hotel is overall excellent, especially the staff who make an effort to remember your previous requests for food and drink. The Mad Cow restaurant whilst a little expensive is amazing, although the wine list is a little hit and miss. The main restaurant serves a great breakfast and the evening menu is superb..... don't waste your time with the seafood, you will get a much better selection for greater value at the local night market. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Would highly recommend for a 5 to 7 night stay

This is a family location, screaming children can become irritating, so if you don't like children ...... Also the hotel is not very close to the local Night Market, you are a 5min Grab ride away and the main night market is 25 to 30mins away

Love everything about the hotel...from the room to the swimming pool. The staff were friendly and courteous and speak good English. They also surprised my husband on his birthday with a cake delivered to the room. We love the clean hotel grounds with the beach. There were also free bicycles for rent and a nice cycling path at the beachfront. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus to the airport and downtown to Duong Dong. Breakfast spread was lovely and we love the freshly cut mangoes every morning. We also had lunch at the hotel, generous portion with complimentary bread. The location is about 15 minutes from town, so you get the quietness of the island with the hustle and bustle a Grab car away. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers especially those with young children...the pool is so huge and there was a bubble party at the pool on Saturday.

Staff did everything they can to make your staff comfortable. My child was sick after we landed, and they sent the nurse to check on him, accompanied us to the international hospital, sent the food to our room and followed up the day after. when we need some glue for my child's shoes, they sent in with a short notice. Everyone is super helpful.

Nothing at all. The facility might be new, so maybe something is not working, but they try their best to help.

Great beach and swimming pool. Bicycles, sup and kayak are available for rental for free. Spacious room with amazing ocean view. You can order extra amenities by scanning the QR code. Delicious breakfast and bingsu(Korean shaved ice) is available to order at the bar. Offer free airport transfers.

I had happy stay at Pullman overall. Check in time takes a bit long (30 minutes) My room’s TV was suddenly on while I was sleeping in the midnight so I don’t have good sleep during my stay, I have provided my feedback to Pullaman. Would be grateful if more shuttle bus can be provided to Sonasea night market (currently one or two)

Pullman Phu Quoc is great.The building is huge,but at same time it's very easy to find out how to reach different facilities.The room I stayed is quite spacious, equipped with everything you need (iron , electric kettle, hair dryer).The bed is more than comfortable.The included breakfast is fantastic with focus on Chinese and Asian customer, nevertheless for me European,the choice of food is fantastic. Cleanliness outstanding. There is a fitness room,sauna , massage with a lot of different types of treatments. Personal very friendly,, always willing to serve you the best and with the smile.Very nice and friendly people.

The view from the balcony on surroundings not the most impressive,but it depends on which side it is situated.Next time I will opt for the more sunny/beach side view. The beach is nice but I will not describe it as tropical paradise.The music : inside and outside is a little bit too loud. As a tourist from Europe I would like to hear not only english music,but the Vietnamese as well.
