it's a good hotel for staying in São Paulo, just remember that the hotel is NOT exactly in São Paulo, it's in Guarulhos. A nearby region, about 40 min to the center of São Paulo. The breakfast is very good. Our room had a good view and we can see planes approaching to Guarulhos.

The Wi-Fi is insecure. I don't recommend using the wifi for connecting to online banking or sensitive content, the network is not secure.

I liked breakfast a lot. Good location and connection with airport.

The driver of shuttle from airport was not very friendly. Bottle of shampoo in shower was empty. Door of shower unable to close well. And check in done previously on booking was useless because I was asked the same data over hotel counter.

The room was very comfortable and very quiet, and the food at the restaurant isn't cheap, but it's very good. It's near the Guarulhos International Airport,

The lines at the reception desk weren't that big, but it still took me a while to be able to check in. The staff could be more friendly and proactive when it comes to providing information to arriving guests. For example, the elevators are key card activated but you only find out by trial and error.

Shower, breakfast, temperature of the room and staff. My second time there and my experience was better.

The room is very small and we would have liked to have charging port next to the bed.

Close to the airport. Efficient shuttle service. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. Excellent breakfast!

it has a contemporary look it’s lively and fun. the staff are great and helpful

it’s conveniently located although I found out that the surrounding area isn’t safe. My Uber request was rejected many times in the night. I just needed a pet friendly place for one night before heading back to Canada. The room was comfortable and quiet. They have a nice restaurant in the property, working elevators, and a pleasant atmosphere in the reception area.The hotel isn’t far from the airport they also offered airport transfer. My only complaint was that the bedroom washroom could be cleaner . Other than that overall I had a great experience with this hotel.

To many people by the counter. When someone checkout and have to cats a flight take to long by the counter.

The staff is very welcoming. The receptionist who did my checking was impeccable. The breakfast is outstandingly great!

When I got to the room, the door was unlocked/half open.

EVERY TIME I TRAVEL I BOOK THIS HOTEL, ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND SUPER ATTENDING STAFF. I HAVE HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF HOSTING WITH PET AND THEY WERE AMAZING. I ALWAYS USE THE HOTEL TRANSFER, EASY ACCESS, CHEAP AND PRACTICAL. CLOSE TO GUARULHOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
