Spent a week here. Fun and colorful interior, great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and rooms equipped with kitchenette and other necessities. Great location with a short walk from the city centre. My room was located on the opposite side from the central station and had no problems with noise from the city/train station. The weather was warm during my staying there, and the room temperature was easy to adjust by using the blinds during the day and sometimes opening the windows, and the radiator by night when it got colder outside. The hotel also have a spacious roof terrace where you can relax in the sun or shade with a cold drink. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Münster city offers lots of activities and scenic views. One recommendation is to rent a bike for the day by the central station.

Some noise from the gym downstairs but not really a problem. The neighbourhood is home to some of the city’s troubled and less fortunate people, but they mind their own business and I felt safe there during the whole stay.

The location from the old town was very good. The cleaners got us what we wanted and were checking our room from time to time. The hotel had several doors to open with an access card, which was nice for safety reasons.

Some of the rooms have a view on city junkies, who were sometimes quite loud. This is ,however, not the hotels fault, but the view was not good. If you ask they can change the room.

Large modern room and bathroom. Ideal location only 5 minutes from station, supermarkets and budget eating places next door areas. Rooms are on 3rd and 4th floors. Need card to get in door of building.

The booking.com website needs to state the reception closes at 8pm. If I hadn't read that fact in a review I would still be on the sidewalk, as we only use wifi to access information, no Europe cellphone, I had to get a person who spoke German to ring the hotel to get the door code the day before as our train was 2 hours late from Holland and arrived in Munster after 10pm. So access to hotel entry is only negative.

The room was quite big, and well equipped with sink, water boiler, and basic kitchen staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. The windows were quite good to block the sound of the railway station nearby.

The carpet was so thick ,that it is probably impossible to clean it properly. There was no air co dition which makes it hard during a hot summer to rest.

The decor was really nice and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was done quite well with lots of different options to choose from as well as several drinks. The atmosphere was cozy and nice.

There was quite loud music late at night but it stopped soon after too so it wasn't too bad. The chairs in the breakfast room were a bit small however so sometimes it was slightly difficult to sit comfortable.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed in it, stove, plates and glasses and a fridge. Great location right beside the train station, which was perfect for us as we needed to get an early train.

We couldn't store our bikes anywhere in the hotel, the room was big enough to bring them in but they didn't allow this. There was bike storage nearby but you needed to download an app which was confusing and difficult for a foreigner. Only other thing i would change is maybe more different crockery. like a larger plate or some bowls.

I used the kitchenette which was great, and the hotel offers coffee for free. The staff was welcoming, helpful, super friendly and generous! The room had a good size and the bed was comfortable (firm mattress). Very clean!

You have to be aware that it’s right in town at the train station, so there is some noise from bars/ the fitness studio underneath/ people on the street. But the hotel gives out ear plugs. I didn’t mind it - the connections to busses, trains are perfect and a walk into town takes 3 minutes!

The place is really very nice, very colourfull, full with good vibe..The room is big and nice. Only i have slept near the window...and i feel like i had the air conditioning upon me. The window was closed but probably the glass has a problem..

Great location, 5-10 min walk from Munster Central Rail Station .. big room ... excellent breakfast with plenty of options... friendly staff... English speaking receptionist...

Great location, less than 500 m from main train station, easy access, very friendly & helpful staff.

Only 2 pillows in room, when we asked for an additional 2 pillows we were told that there weren't any.
