I loved the location so near the airport and also the free shuttle to the airport. All members of the staff were very professional, helpful and pleasant without being intrusive. The buffet in the restaurant was simply delicious plentiful and good value for money. I paid £226 for one night and to be honest I think it should have been less expensive as this hotel lacks better facilities such as more than one restaurant, and a bar by the poolside. Also, many dishes I wanted to eat, were not available, on the restaurant menu. Hence, thank god for the buffet which saved the day.

The staff were super friendly, checked me in 2 hours early, my room was HUGE. Their pool was super nice, clean, a great temperature. It was very kind of them to provide beach towels. As soon as I was at the pool they came out and asked if I would like any drinks or snacks, I felt very well taken care of. My whole experience was comfortable, relaxing, and at a very high standard. Top it off with a perfect free shuttle to the airport - where they made sure you were at the right terminal. I highly recommend this place.

This is super minor but I would have loved to have a fridge in my room. They offered several complimentary bottles or water, and there were ice machines, but a fridge just makes it so much easier. However this is a very minor detail.

"Oh my God! This place was awesome! It was very clean and the atmosphere was excellent. It was worth every penny. The breakfast was great. However, I did have one little problem with the bar staff who embarrassed me over my card not working at his machine. I felt very disrespected because what he said was incorrect, and he refused to apologize. But, overall, one bad experience didn't ruin my great experience at this place.. I want to state that my review will remain unchanged. The person in question was unpleasant to deal with. They lacked patience and did not know how to handle the situation at hand. It could have easily been resolved just by him taking the time to see why the card wasn't working at his machine. Instead, he was saying i was broke and i didn't have any money in the bank, Which was incorrect. I tried to say on my end the card wasn't even attempted. He was so arrogant. The front desk swiped the card in one attempt it went through Word-of-mouth referrals are very important. especially since language is a barrier. Regardless, it is never acceptable to insult guests in front of others. Moreover, in this case, the issue was with the staff member, as my card was functioning properly."

The shows on the TV were 96% Spanish. I do not speak Spanish so that made it hard for me. And the bar staff that night who disrespected me. And did not apologize. Besides that...it was excellent!! I wouldn't mention the bar staff but we have to let others know it is not nice to belittle people. The manager apologized on his behalf but he is a grown man to know what is right from wrong. He was a total ASSH$$E~~

THE BREAKFAST BUFFET AND THE OMELETTES WERE GREAT, OUR ROOM WAS SUPER MORE THAN I EXPECTED WITH THE LARGE WINDOW AND BATHROOM, YOUR STAFF WAS HELPFUL & WONERFUL, THE PEOPLE AT THE AIRPORT WERE GREAT I NEEDED A WHEEL CHAIR AND THEY HAD IT THEIR WAITING AS I GOT OF THE PLANE WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE YOUR SEVICE WAS VERY VERY GOOD WOULD LOVE TO COME AND ENJOY YOUR COUNTRY AND YOUR HOSPITALITY AGAIN

NO TIME TO STAY LONGER (GOIN ON A CRUISE) DID NOT GET TO ENJOY YOUR BEACHES!!!WHICH PEOPLE SAY ARE BEAUITFUL

Great location just 5 mins drive from the airport, very nice breakfast buffet, great staff and room was clean and quiet. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Outdoor mall with many restaurants right across the street.

Hotel shuttle needed me to call from the airport, don’t think it would have come otherwise. FROM hotel was very easy, but TO hotel is a bit different.

Everything felt very clean and sleek inside. The room was spacious and had a nice modern aesthetic. It was a very comfortable stay all around. The staff (especially at the bar and reception) were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to us. The location and the complimentary shuttle was also very handy. The complex across the street felt very safe and was nice to explore some food options. Breakfast at the hotel was also good value and was tasty.

Reserving the shuttle took a while as it was very difficult to contact the hotel (without a Dominican number).

Room was very nice and comfty. The staff at the front desk on my first day were exceptional, I think her name was Libby.

We stay in the hotel for 2 nights. Breakfast on sunday was great, but not on monday. Even basic utensils like tongs to pick up bread were not available. The staff was in bad mood.

Very convenient if you arrive very late because it's super close to the airport. Note however that the phone system they provide for free shuttle didn't work, so I had to end up paying my own taxi...

Meals were very expensive. Fortunately there are some shops just across the street.

The staff was friendly and professional. Some spoke English and some did not. Excellent location three minutes from the airport. Large outdoor patio alongside the pool.

The only concern was the in-dining restaurant. However the manager addressed my concern and everything went fine. We were extremely happy and will stay here once again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks was plentiful and pricing was great. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Would go there again.

My husband and I are concerned about the shower floor. When it's wet it becomes extremely slippery which could possibly lead to some slipping and falling. I recommend using a shower rubber mat in the future.
