Efficient, friendly welcome, We arrived early to drop off our bags as agreed, but the receptionist found us an alternative room which was ready so we were able to check in straight away. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the view onto the lively square outside was great. The hotel's location near the Napoli Centrale rail station meant just a short walk for train trips to Rome, Pompeii and Herculaneum. That's a big bonus! Breakfast in a top floor dining room was excellent with lots of choice - a hot cooked selection, cheeses, nice breads, cereals, salad, fruit, yogurt and a generous choice of pastries and cakes.

No complaints here, but perhaps the hotel should should consider more security measures to prevent outsiders getting access to the guest rooms, bearing in mind the lively activity outside.

Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay in Napoli. I have visited Napoli several times, and this is probably the safest option I have ever chosen. The hotel is big, good size for rooms, modern and clean. The buffet is very nice and on the top floor.

The staff was not super nice. They did their job, of course, but made us wait for check in while the person in front desk was on the phone discussing non relevant issues. They tried to charged us way more money during our checkout. We had to give a lot of explaining of why the price was not real. Ridiculous. Location is the worst. Everywhere near the central station is not a good place to stay. But it is worth it, in my opinion, plus not far from the city centre walking.

Location is excellent if you do multiple trips out of the city by train (like we did). Breakfast is very good value (10 euro per day). Staff is extremely helpful and professional, for example early check-in was easily arranged.

Restaurant and bar options are limited, but again metro is 5 min walk away for easy access to other neighborhoods. Be careful late at night, area is a little rough around the edges.

The breakfast was good but expensive when paid directly to the hotel, the rooftop was fantastic but only available at breakfast!! We wanted to go up in the evening but were not allowed. The room service was great and the towels were changed every day

The downstairs bar was miserable, we wanted to go up the the roof terrace which was great, even to take our own drink but it was only open in the early morning, what a waste. The lift was slow and would not take more than 4 people

The property was great! Very modern and updated. Location was excellent. Walking distance to the central terminal station and good restaurants! HIGHLY recommend eating at Gaetano Adamo, which is riiiight around the corner from the hotel! Neighborhood felt a little unsafe after dark, but during the day, it’s very busy. The breakfast terrace was beautiful and food was delicious!

The shower was extremely small and I’m 4’11. It’s tall vertically but narrow.

The location is great, just walking distance from Napoli Centrale, although the neighborhood is not so good especially at night. The room size was good. Room facilities were also good. Breakfast was in the rooftop restaurant and had good variety. Overall our stay was comfortable there.

There was no food facility at night, If some evening restaurant or room service was available that would have been better.

The room was very clean, the position is perfect! Just a walk from Spacca Napoli and many of the monuments in the heart of the city. It is very close to the train station, thus perfect to take the subway or another train to visit the nearby cities.

A downside of being close to the train station is that it is not really quite at night.

All reception and breakfast staff were absolutely professional - nothing was impossible: a room card issue - sorted, not booked breakfast - sorted, taxi to port - organised, luggage room on departure - no problem at all. The staff is the main asset for this hotel. Also, the breakfast was amazing (30 minutes prior to closing - all options were still fully available). The room eas spaceful, AC perfectly working and soundproof window did not transfered any noise from small square in front of the Hotel. Lacation 6 minutes walking from Napoli Centrale (train station). We were completely satisfied.

The room was more then I expected its was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious. Wish we would of had more time in Naples to explore the city. Also helped with a nice cab driver to help us get to the airport. We will be back someday. Highly recommend this hotel

Wish there could of been room service, vending machines so we could of ordered food.

I thought the hotel got the job done. Close to the train and bus station and the internet was fast. They were able to call a cab for us to the airport. Everything was smooth. There was good food near us as well.

The bathroom was a little smaller than we hoped, and perhaps a little far from the nice areas of Chiaia etc. We had to walk through slightly sketchy areas to get places.
