room comfortable and clean, we would have liked better TV channels since there is very little to do in the area. the location is good for business but a little too far out of rome although it is easy to get in and out. But we needed to be in the area. very few places to eat nearby. the food at the restaurant is excellent although it is very expensive. the staff at the restaurant are very good . nothing to complain about.

The room felt a bit dated—based on the decor, it looks like the last update was likely in the late '90s. The breakfast buffet was fairly balanced and typical, offering a decent variety. The bed was comfortable and made for a good night's rest. One recommendation would be to consider removing the tub. It was quite deep and a bit awkward to step in and out of, which I imagine could be especially difficult for elderly guests.

During our stay, there was a large meeting for a banking organization being held at the hotel, which made the outside areas—especially the pool—largely inaccessible until after the party cleared out around 5PM. While a neighboring hotel did graciously offer its pool for use at no charge, it was still inconvenient. It would have been helpful if the hotel had disclosed at the time of booking that certain amenities would be off-limits due to a large group event taking place.

The hotel is located 20 minutes from the center, there is a tram station near the hotel. We had free transportation from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast is varied, dinner is served three times a day. My recommendation is to take half board. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are decently decorated, but the soundproofing is poor. All conversations can be heard from the next room.

The hotel is in a quiet place and is also neat and comfortable.I loved how everyone around did mind their own business.I enjoyed my stay with my mum who was visiting Rome for the papal audience and my daughter.

Room service calls were quite slow especially for the restaurant.Had to go down to the restaurant with my aged mum each time we wanted a meal because the restaurant wasn’t responding to calls.This can be improved.

Everything was AWESOME from start to finish. I came here for a break and the service I received was more than amazing. The shuttle driver couldn't come to the airport to pick me up but they immediately contacted me to let me know and offered me to cover my airport taxi. During check-in, I unexpectedly received a room upgrade which was fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful and super friendly (whether reception, restaurant, breakfast, housekeeping). The room was super clean and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was really good as well with lots of different options. The train station is also just a walking distance from the hotel. It was also really nice from the staff to agree to give me a late check-out. I totally recommend.

Nothing negative to say apart that I got bitten all over my body by mosquitoes. Apparently the swimming pool area is infested of them but that's not something the hotel can really do. It's not the hotel's fault, it's just nature.

Hotel 5 minutes walk from Muratella train station. Regional train from airport stops here and only €2 from here to city travertere station or buy 1 - 3 day pass for all services from here to city and all aroud city. Great value. Great hotel, great friendly staff and top quality food both breakfast and evening meal. We would highly recommend this hotel and we hope to return.

Would have liked a room safe but safe was available at reception. Was not an issue.

In my opinion, the hotel looks outdated from the outside, but inside everything is clean, everything works, daily cleaning, the pool is clean and spacious, there is a restaurant. we had a room for three and we had good air conditioning and a refrigerator, there was no safe. The soundproofing of the room is quite good 4 nights We slept well and also liked that. If you have a question about the room number or any problem, then you can send an SMS to the reception and they will immediately resolve this issue. This is cool. From our experience, we realized that it is better to order a taxi at the reception and not use apps; it turns out cheaper; we needed to get to the fiera di roma. also they have a shuttle several times a day to Fiera di Roma

It was uncomfortable for us that we did not have safes in our room, but we noticed that some rooms have a safe. There are no shops or restaurants or places to go around, we chose this hotel because we needed to get to the Fiera di Roma

Our stay was simply superb! The receptionists were welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, offering a peaceful retreat in Parco dei Medici while still being conveniently close to Rome's attractions. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and elegant. Breakfast included was excellent. Not many places around to eat, so recommend getting breakfast deal.

Some of the fitness equipment was not working, which made it very limited. Pool was being renovated, but they did offer a pool close by to use.

Easy and quick check in and out. Very good breakfast. Big rooms. Kind staff. Not far from the airport. Big swimming pool.

The hotel is in a business area so there are no restaurants and cafes around it. The only option is to eat inside the hotel but you need to make reservation because it is busy. Otherwise, you can order from the restaurant but eat in an area outside the restaurant which is a nice area. There is room service. It is far from the city, but the hotel has a shuttle bus from/to metro stations in the city and to the airport as well. Check the prices with the hotel. The air conditioning was not working so they moved us immediately to another room.
