Easy check-in and out. The rooms are very well sound proofed. Did not hear a peep, other than the young boys in the hallway who thought it would be a great idea to use our suite entrance as a backboard to play hockey up against. My suggestion to take the game outside fell on the young hockey players deaf ears. But a quick call to the front desk had the game wrapped up in minutes. I was concerned what would happen later that night. But I was relieved that bc we never heard a peep for the rest of our stay. We went to bed early and had one of our best sleeps ever!

Not hung to dislike for me. Some may not like there being no breakfast served I don’t mind because I usually don’t eat breakfast. Why pay for a breakfast if you don’t need it?? They do provide a discount card for the restaurant attached to the building that can be used for breakfast or any other meal during your stay.

Clean white bedding love that. Also love the restaurant on site very convenient breakfast was great

We were on the ground floor little noisy right by street but then again we came from a quiet acerage. The chair and couch in the room could do to be updated foam coming out of couch and chair was to short for the desk and upholstery was quite dirty. Tv didn’t work first night antenna was broke off but they fixed for the rest of our stay.

The room was Clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfy and it was quiet. I also liked the sink that was located just outside the bathroom.

No free breakfast in the morning. I have stayed at other best westerns and they had breakfast offered.

The beds weren't overly comfortable we found. Good but not great. Considering it was spotless. The body wash bottle on the wall in the bath was empty. An oversight I'm sure..overall we were pleased to stay here. And would again

The beds need to be rotated or flipped over, that upon arrival that the air conditioning was not on the room was hot and stuffy. That the bathtub was very high and hard to get into.

Convenient and near all like grocery stores,bank, gasoline stations and etc

Housekeeping haven’t clean up our rooms or take our garbage out for our duration of our 3 days stay.

We like that it was close to Superstore. Walking distance to the Village Green Mall and Walmart. Also, Walking distance to Tim Hortons, Starbucks and various Restaurants.

I didn't realized that there wasn't a pool at that location. Which was my fault for checking.

Fitness room. Fridge & microwave. Coffee maker. The space is generally quiet. Super conveniently located on Rt 97.

No breakfast. Some road noise.

No breakfast available at the hotel. Given a limited breakfast chit for next door restaurant. Didn't use it.

The price was way higher for these dates then when I first looked online for a hotel. Prices when I first looked were around $159/night and we ended up paying $273/night because it was a long weekend. Yikes, significantly more than we hoped to be paying but no real choice

Appreciated refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Extra sink by coffee make is a nice plus. Lovely carpet choice in hallways .....appeared very clean.
