Wonderful. We were upgraded by the lake and the room was amazing. The facilities are great - gym, spa, sauna - dry and hammam type, and the staff go an extra mile for you. The pool is great, heated - so it makes you comfortable even at 15 degrees outside. The st Laurent restaurant is a dream - and the Bellrive is good too.

We like it all - with the exception of the fact that some guests were really really noisy. - but this is beyond the control of the hotel.

The grounds are beaitiful, the hotel is in good shape. I think the price of everything was a bit expensive vs. the actual experience, even with the CAD cheaper than the USD.

Staffinf seemed short. Very bad waiting time at the fornt desk - do not have people sitting in front of the computer in the side office with the door open whil;e 5-10 people are waiting for the front desk to service them - they typically only had 1-3 people at the reception desk but always 2+ people sitting and chatting in front of the computer off to the side - annoying.

Beautiful manor with breathtaking views. The Manor is always superbly clean, and the staff are always cordial and helpful. The room we reserved had views of the river, and it did not disappoint. We ate a few times at the manor, and each time, it was delicious. I highly suggest taking in the weekend brunch. The activities available locally and on grounds are vast and fun and for all ages. Our first time in the Malbaie region and it was a blast. It's a pet friendly hotel as well, so bring your furry family members.

I can't say that there was anything we didn't like.

Essentially, they did not want to give me the river view room that I had booked on booking.com. When I checked in, I asked if the room had a river view. They said it was not available. When I said I had booked a river view, they tried for half an hour to give me a room with a river view. Thank you. The room I reserved is the same as the room they gave me. It wasn't the quality but the river view was worth everything, thank you fairmont

Elegant and full of vintage and antique furniture. Plenty of things to do on property. A nice place to spend a couple of romantic nights. Pool, restaurants, putting green, golf course, hiking area, views of the river…the food was pricey but absolutely worth every single penny! The best! Beds were comfortable and linens were lovely!

There was nothing we didn’t like. You have to arrive knowing it is a 125 yr old property with a great deal of history and has the feel of a castle or historic building.

My parents stayed at Le Manoir Richelieu in the 1950's so, 73 years later, here I am with my wife. Three nights gave us the time to enjoy all the facilities, visit neighbouring towns and villages, hike, swim, relax. This hotel is featured as a five star first class hotel, one of the "Castles of the North" and it deserves that recognition as the entire property is so expansive and interesting in so many ways.

As a first class five star hotel, in a property with so much elegance and history, it was disappointing, even disturbing, that so many guests dressed so casually. One would expect that, given that the property and its hospitality staff are so perfect and poised, all guests would want to rise to the occasion, be proud to be staying in this amazing "Manoir" and would make an effort to look and behave in a smart manner. While, once upon a time, there were specific dress codes for meal times, maybe first class hotels could have a "recommended attire guideline" that would be helpful to all.

The outdoor pool with the sonna is very good with a incredible view. The Restaurant are good too. The garden with the view on St Laurent is so nice.

I would have like an light continental breakfast. The parking should have been free (include in the hotel). The spa could have been open until 10PM in the summer.

The comfiest bed ever, good aircon, free parking, lovely hotel and great swimming pool/spa facilities. Loved the campfires in the evening with complimentary marshmallows to toast. It’s definitely a family resort but we enjoyed our stay as a couple

Bar service quite slow, limited menu choices in the restaurants.

I loved that the hotel is pet-friendly and I could take my dog ​​with me. Clean and comfortable room, Le Labo bath amenities, excellent breakfast with a variety of products and a wonderful view of the Saint Laurent River. I loved the smell in the hotel lobby, I liked it so much that I bought a bottle to use at my home. I loved my stay at this Hotel!

What an experience. It was all about the human touch, the personalisation of the little things that exist. They are so helpful and the food is exceptional. I would go back. Good value for money given there’s so many activities included. Concierge was such good vibes
