Location was good for our needs, and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pretty good, although eggs, sausage, and potatoes had been sitting there too long, they were tough and a bit dried out.

Hot foods at breakfast could have been fresher. Also, in the room, the wardrobe would be more useful just inside the door, rather than over by the window. Very little counter space in the bathroom, not enough room for 2 people to set out toothbrushes, deodorant etc. A solid shelf would be useful.

Friendly front desk staff. Easy check in. Cozy and clean hotel. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Check out staff was friendly. Location was central to every thing from restaurant to grocery stores to gas stations, etc..Overall, our stay was very nice.This was not my first stay at this hotel. I will be back. Thank you.

Was a great location for a variety of dinning options. Walmart and Dollar Store,Theater right across the street. The room was very clean, a big bathroom and shower. It was cold weather for me and the heater worked fine. The front desk helped me with transportation since I did not have a car. Especially Resh, who knew everything about public transportation and was extremely helpful with info for getting to Blue Mountain and traveling on to Barrie. Within walking distance to the historical city center and lovely walking trails around the lake. The coffee at breakfast was very good. Good lighting in the room and a comfortable chair. Internet was fine.

A bit noisy from the street, but pretty quiet at night.

Close to the city, walking distance to various restaurants. Old building but well kept, despite short comings. Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Towels are fluffy and bathroom is clean. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby are available 24/7. Breakfast buffet includes two protein options (eggs/ sausages) which are rare in 2⭐️ hotels. Microwave and fridge available inside room.

Only one small elevator available and it malfunctions sometimes (better use the stairs). Floors are fully carpeted and smells musty. Shower head is very old and water pressure is slow.

Location was great and easy to get to. Attractive in appearance. Spacious in the front lobby, lounge areas and our room. Great breakfast options and flavourful food. Close to trails.

The elevator was located in an awkward area and is in need of a tuneup but we were very thankful to have it as my mom is a senior with asthma and walking difficulties so she is not able to manage the stairs. The walk-in shower in our room had no grab bars so my mom did not feel safe enough to have a shower while we were there. I feel it would be important to have these installed in all showers.

Great location, on the town strip of restaurants. Free parking, and excellent continental breakfast.

When I booked many months back, it was advertised to have a pool. . That was the reason why I booked it for our March Break family vacation. My boys were very disappointed as was my wife and I to find upon arrival that the pool was closed.

The complimentary breakfast was remarkably good. There were two lovely employees there to keep the food well stocked, to clean and to provide assistance. The food quality was very good. The freshly made omelets and sausages were tasty. The waffle was delicious and the toasted bagel with cream cheese and jam was a bonus. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable and very clean. Toiletries were provided as was a hair dryer. The beds were excellent. My friend had the best sleep of her life!!

comfy bed and pillows. sink in the room to help with food/drink preparation. fridge had a small freezer and a crisper which are both unusual these days in hotel room bar refrigerators. fluffy towels including washcloths. breakfast basic.. many restaurants within a few hundred yards . Downtown trendy section 30 min walk. well maintained waterfront trail 1 block away for hiking and biking. very pretty area with rolling hills, apple orchards and lake, all nearby

non recyclable paper cups for coffee., which is the standard at this price range these days

Great hotel for the price. The staff members are a pleasure to deal with, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. The all day coffee bar is also a nice touch. Great location for all amenities in downtown Collingwood.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location perfect - as a woman travelling alone it's important to feel safe and I did. The hotel is located on a main corner with easy access to everything I needed. The walk to the beach was quick and the walking trails all around certainly allowed me to be close to nature. The breakfast bar met all my needs and I was able to take my food to my room instead of sitting in the dining area
