Basically everything the hotel food the room the atmosphere the pools the beach everything was nice it was easy to get around if you wanted to explore downtown the view from both sides of the hotel is nice you had plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower

The toilet area smells like a swamp dirty water had to keep the door shut... a few of the staff personnel from the buffet area made me feel a little uncomfortable but not DAVID this young man made me feel comfortable and welcome every time I entered the room I made a point to sit in his section he has excellent customer service skills he could teach other staff members a lesson thanks David

The location of this resort. The calm beach, the activities happening every day. The food was great for the most part. Especially for Non Vegetarians The service by some of the staff members was fantastic This hotel is absolutely enough for a budget stay at Cancun

We were not given the rooms that we wanted. Even though we got a bigger room than we asked for, it was like an apartment, travelling as a group of friends, we still wanted our separate spaces. The service was mixed. Some people were fantastic while others preferred people who spoke Spanish in the hotel. Especially by the pool bar - the drinks were always given to us last when we asked for it. The Food needs to have more vegetarian options. Couple of my friends were disappointed at some meals were the vegetarian options were quite limited. The swimming pool should atleast be open from 6 AM to 11 PM. Their pools operated from 8 30 AM to 8 PM at best. The bars also had restricted service timings.

The restaurants, food, staff, location & interior were in tact. Very small resort with a lot of space for everyone. 2 pools, and a jacuzzi - bar were amazing. Staff was incredible helpful, and tried to ensure our vacation is going great. The Japanese restaurant was a wow - beautiful, incredibly tasty and modern. A lot of drinks, but the local alcohol doesn’t taste that great though. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Food in the main restaurant was great; every evening is a different theme, we loved Italian evening.

The beach was a bit disappointing, it’s small, surrounded by the little boats, and there’s a shark cage right a few meters away from the start of the water, you can’t swim past it (which might be a good thing, but not for us), also the beach itself is white sand, but once you stop in the water, there are little rocks and seashells. The breakfasts were good but exactly the same every day, which was a bit sad.

The staff were fantastic, the bar staff in particular were excellent and couldn't have done anymore for us (In particular wilbeth), we also had an issue with our room on the final night which the Guest care co-ordinator Juan helped to resolve as quickly and easily as possible. Food and Drink was good value also. The rooms, gym, concierge etc all as anticipated.

Only downside was the size of the hotels beach area and maybe the outdoor pool area also, numerous times we ventured outside to find the few sunbeds etc were all occupied with towels but nobody actually sat on them but this isn't really something the hotel can control as such.

The main restaurant and the gym are pretty good!

Be prepared not to be so welcomed if you not give tips all the time to some of the staff members. Moreover, it’s a very family place, so you may prefer other hotel if you are traveling with friends.

Variety of food and good entertainment activities throughout the day. It was a very nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is very beautiful, with amazing food, super tasty and varied. I need to say that waitress Gabriela is the best as she is super nice, is always smiling and very good professional. The entertainer guy, Ivan is super good at his job, he is very engaging and funny. The activities during the say are very cool! The bartender guy at the pool bar, Alejandro is very funny and is always smiling. Really liked his personality. Lastly, the caracol travel promoters are super helpful and have great deals for the xcaret tours. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, definitely recommend and would come back again! :)

The cleaner Ester did not cleaned the room properly as some days there was sand on the floor and the towels were not changed, in fact i had to go to reception to get new ones. The activities were not consistent as some days they did not happened, not sure why

Location was perfect great food. The pools were always cleaned and right on the beach was something else. Super good for the price.

The beds were a little to hard for my liking.

The property is lovely and is a GREAT value for money. There are 2 pools, and the staff work to put on lots of activities for the guests. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the lunches and dinners were good as well. The taco day was INSANELY good. The aircon worked well in the rooms.

This is one of the best kept secrets in Cancun. Food was awesome. Pools were clean. Entertainment was good. They always had activities. Great location in the hotel zone.

Room could have been bigger but it served it's purpose. No real complaints. We had a great time and will be back.
