My son really enjoyed the pool, and if my children enjoy something, then as a parent, it makes the visit that much better.

The pancake machine wasn't fully functional, yet employees went above and beyond to get it working. Staff are all very friendly and willing to work through any situation. Also, it would make the stay much better if the breakfast options included other hot foods like scrambled eggs and bacon. Even if that may raise prices of stay, if bacon and hot eggs are included, I think that will make a big impact on people staying here that much more likely.

There was an outstanding front desk person who greeted me, after I had a long day of driving and difficulty finding the hotel on GPS. I am likely spelling her name incorrectly, but Abena (?) was amazing; very helpful, patient and kind and gave good reviews on food to be found for dinner in the area. She was so welcoming, above what one ordinarily expects at check-in. The room was a good size and very, very clean. It was in a good location to take the dog outside easily for her walks.

It would be nice to have a better area for a dog walk, but understand that sometimes that isn't possible. I didn't like the trash outside the window on the first floor, as opening the curtains was uncomfortable, which makes the room very dark. I could hear quite a bit of movement from the room above, it was quite a lot and ran late into the evening.

I like the location, the staff is great, since I was there last I see some remodeling going on looking good.

Of what I did like was in the restroom the bent did not work, and spider webs in the corner that's about it other than that everything was fine.

Breakfast really sucks, I was told it has an American breakfast and is not an American breakfast, is a continental breakfast.

The staff was very great. Location is excellent for my needs. It was very quite. Once the remodeling is complete hopefully this place meets the standards as the Holiday Inn Express.

Bad smell in room. Floor needed vacuum. Floor in room appropriately 4 feet in front of A/C wall to wall has a 2 inch step that guests should be made aware of due to any injuries.
