It was easy to get to. Our room was at the end of the hall close to the exit which made it very convenient for coming in and out you did not have to go through the lobby area.

The only thing that would’ve been nice is if you had a pool. But the fitness center we used every day the laundry area was perfect so that was really nice.

The workers were super nice. Breakfast was beyond what I expected - egg variety each day, potato variety - not the same old stuff you get at other hotels. Did not expect a nearly full kitchen - we didn’t really use it but would remember that in the future.

Shower was clogged - we didn’t say anything because it did drain when showers were finished.

We had a King suite which had a full size fridge and kitchen. The room was bigger than we expected the pictures don't do it justice. Overall a great stay we will stay here again

It's minor but the bed was just a little firmer then I would have liked once again it's a minor thing

Overall, the cleaning staff and front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. One front desk staff assisted me with registering for the customer rewards program. I can't remember his name. Big thank you to team. You all made the difference with the excellent customer service you provided. Huge!

I prefer a better quality breakfast sausage. Overall, my breakfast choices would have been french toast, and grits. My favorite breakfast food when I eat away from home is eggs benedict.

The staff was nice,clean property

What I booked and confirmed on booking wasn’t what I got when I arrived to the property.I confirmed a reservation for 2 queen bed suite and when I arrived I got one king bed and a pull out .We had to make it work but pull out beds are uncomfortable

Excellent and convenient place to stay

Everything was great

Aesthetically pleasing, smelled great even though it was pet friendly and relatively quiet.

Nothing was disagreeable in fact we will stay there again.

Complimentary happy hour was superb and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was equally as good.

The fee for a 12 lb. pet was excessive. I can appreciate a $100 deposit for any damages and then credit all back after inspection except for possibly a $25 charge.

hotel was very clean and location was great! Jaimee and the overnight staff were amazing as well…loved their customer service!!

my room had an issue with the sink (inside of the bedroom) water pressure…it was very low so barely any water was coming out and the sink in the kitchen was clogging up. I didn’t tell anyone because I was there for only one night and didn’t want to bother with it.

The large room, large comfortable bed, mostly great breakfasts, unexpected happy hours on Monday-Wednesday.

I don't think there was anything in particular I didn't like.
