Great location. Very clean.

There were no guides for the TV, no local channels or “normal” networks like Fox, ABC, etc. Front desk was not helpful (she just said “just keep scrolling”!!) and very disengaged (borderline rude/dismissive). Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but EVERY interaction with her during our stay was awkward because she projected a very defensive attitude for no reason. We are NOT complainers and usually I wouldn’t even say anything but frankly she has a really negative vibe and it really affected my perception of the entire experience.

And the staff was very polite.. The breakfast was decent The rooms were clean The morning housekeeper was very respectful polite. Great location. Very comfortable bed Very quiet and peaceful Plenty of places to visit and go in the area.. Great restaurants in the area Traffic was a little delayed because of everything.That was going on with the storm in florida.. But it was worth it.

The microwave in our room did not work, so if we had any leftover food that we wanted to warm up, we had to go all the way to the first floor.. The pool was okay, but it was very outdated and you could not get in the door because the door did not work, so they had to manually let you in.. and it had entirely too much chlorine in the water to the points where my children's eyes was burning so bad.. also With the hotel being sold up-to-date, they need to change the soap and shampoo that they give out. To something with better quality..

The location was perfect! The room we received was a perfect size, very spacious .Front desk staff was welcoming. The only concern of mine was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The room itself seemed okay but the bathroom seemed it needed it bit more attention(tub looked worn out and the shower head was peeling/cracked.

I was in a bind and found this place on booking .com was able to reserve the room on my way to that city, and specify what time I would be there to check in since it was late evening arrival time, the room was clean, nothing broken, pool was nice to exercise in after being cooped up in my car all day, service was friendly, breakfast the next morning was very good.

The only complaint I have is that my kid and I got stuck in your elevator for 20 min, we used the stairs the rest of our stay

The space in the room, the housekeeper Christina was very polite and made a difference. The breakfast was good, wish there was turkey or chicken. Please tell your housekeeper "Christina, we appreciate her being prompt about getting us soap and towels on the second day and collecting our used laundry. See you soon💗

The bed is kind of hard, but great for my back . Please fix the key cards for the doors, people were leaving the doors propped opened and not closing them. But we closed them behind them. Other than that we enjoyed the entire experience.

Everything was OK the staff wasn’t that friendly I did ask the young lady could I get a later check out she said no. they hit their limit on late check out for that day. I needed it because our flight didn’t leave till 9 o’clock I had my young grandson with me. I had to pay for an extra day just so I can leave at 5 o’clock to get a airport My flight didn’t leave until nine

Lots of beds and room.The staff was friendly.

They never came in my room to clean or give us towels for the next day. I was stuck outside my room for 1 hr they couldn't get my door open. I will not stay again just because the room service sucked and they always told us we had to come get our own towels.

The staff were amazing. I want to give a strong thank you to the lady who cooked and set up the breakfast. She was amazing. She made my kids feel at home. She went above and beyond her job to make sure we were comfortable. Too be honest. We Travel to McDonough three times a year. This will be my favorite hotel as long as she stays working there.

The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfy.

I was charged $200 extra on my credit card and it took 3 days to come off of it. It does say when you check in that they charge you a $100 damage fee that is refundable. Not $200. Get a copy of your receipt just in case. And breakfast was cold stuff. They said the truck that brings breakfast did not show up.

The breakfast was awesome. The location of the property was exactly what I expected and was looking for. The staff was very friendly & the property was definitely clean and met my every expectation.

This is just my opinion but I do think they could have served a little sausage or bacon on the breakfast menu ... lol
