Everything was clean inside and out. It's nice and quiet. Missy the breakfast lady does an exceptional job. Kayla and Ms Tina are Heaven sent, they make sure everything you need is there for you. I would recommend this hotel for anyone

Clean and staff was professional.. the little lady who does the breakfast does an absolutely amazing job.. I watched her in the morning, said I was there, no matter how many people was waiting. The area was clean and never ran out of food. She definitely deserves a raise.

The only downside is how hard it is to get out if you’re turning left due to the traffic.

Paul was a big help while booking my stay ! Outstanding customer service from his behalf , the morning shift ladies should really take note on that ! (FYI the morning shift ladies are really rude and have bad customer service !) other than that the breakfast was great and the rooms were clean 🧼

Pool was definitely clean as they just finished treatment but the bleach/chlorine smell was overpowering! Had a hard time sleeping w/noise from upstairs but know that is something not in your control..

Staff members went above and beyond their duties. From check in to check out to breakfast, they were all helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable.

I booked this specific hotel because it had a heated indoor pool and made sure family had their swimsuits with them. I was told that the pool was down our whole stay for maintenance. We were all very disappointed. I was especially, since I paid a little extra for this hotel to have an indoor heated pool

You have the best breakfast Buffett and the food is always the best! Please tell your sweet lady that her eggs are never dry cooked just right and her biscuit and gravy are like the ones my grandmother taught us to make! You should be proud of all your staff so professional and polite.

Everything looked and smelled new. The check-in process was quick and easy. The elevator wasn't far. My room was comfortable. All I wanted was to feed my grandchildren their food and put them to bed so I could go to sleep and get up the next morning and continue my quest home.

I really didn't have any dislikes.

We had car trouble, was stranded, the lady at the desk helped up find a rental place so we could rent a car. We made it to Florida where we met up with our children and grandchildren. I will never forget her nor will my children❣

Only one elevator was working.

The breakfast was good, I did miss the sweet rolls. The selection of other breakfast items were good.

I did not like the coffee machine. It had horrible flavor. We went elsewhere to get coffee.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a very long time. The staff all around were very professional and engaging making sure needs were met; and it's very comfortable.
