Parking availability amazing. Room service at whatever time is convenient and available for us when needed.

It doesn’t have microwave or fridge and for someone who stayed for two days and didn’t have cold drinks or anything to eat your leftovers warm sucked

I felt welcomed by the staff that works in the front desk and as well housekeeping.It very quite and comfortable and very close to downtown LA

Everything was fine

The room (214) had a big window to the east, so we ad nice morningsun an a view on a palm. Room, bathroom and parkingplace was ok, and a good bacery with good cappuccino nearby! But...

...there was not one coat hook ore towel rail installed and also no chair. Also there where no other usefull things like coffeemachine, refrigerator or microwave. The site was a little bit hard at night, but for us ok.

The bathroom could have been a little more cleaner. Especially around the toilet, underneath the sink & the floor.

All the TV didn't work

Clean bedding, and property. Free parking available. Quick check in and checkout.

Visible wear and tear on all walls, appliances, and furniture. Difficult enterance, rooms are not soundproof, door sticks and deadbolt is missing. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, but that is subjective, so I am not really holding that against them.

If you have a car the location is fine - but in general LA is huuge so its difficult to find any hostel in 'centrum'. There was aircondition in the room which was nice. The bathroome and bed was nice. If you like the color beige this place is definetly the place for you.

There was no roomeservice so we had to use the same towels for 4 days in a row. There was no frigde.
