Excellent service from friendly staff. Large room with comfortable bed, luxurious linens and nice sitting area. Large, well-appointed bathroom with great walk-in shower. Good location, we walked to bars and restaurants in the evenings. Generous breakfast served in bright dining room.

Only disappointment was the lighting in the room which isn't very flexible or romantic. The bedside, table and desk lamps were super bright white (flourescent?) and couldn't be dimmed. The overhead lighting is on a dimmer but there's no separation between sitting, sleeping and dressing areas -- either all on or all off. Not great if one person wants to read while the other sleeps.

Breakfast surpassed my expectations for a complimentary breakfast without a doubt. Really nice presentation, ambience, service and of course the food. Wide variety to choose from and great start to the morning.

No self parking. Grabbing forgotten items from car makes it feel like a hassle everytime for valet to run car up for a simple car charger or something of the sort. Also including parking in the total price at booking vs extra charges. More transparency or tell people at booking they will be charged $70 to move their car 50 feet

We liked the nice shuttle car that was able to drop us at locations close to the hotel, and we would have used it on the Sunday while we were there, but it was not available. The driver was so nice.

The breakfast was pretty good, but it would have been nice to have the buffet switch up some of the hot options each day. I understand we could order from the menu, but you could almost eliminate the a la carte menu completely if the buffet gave a couple more options like scrambled or poached eggs. As well, please add some gluten free options in the pastry and bread area for us Celiac people. Otherwise, it was very nice.

The concierge gave us great advice about which tour company to use. The rooms were big with comfy beds. Room service was also good. They were quick and the food was hot. The hotel is a little quiet corner of peace, just off the strip. Very handy for tour busses as there is a stop across the street. They also offer a house car for short trips, which is a nice touch. The views from the rooftop are spectacular. Our room also had a nice view of the city.

The breakfast is just ok. It's a bit uninspired. Would be nice if it wasn't exactly the same each day but it was serviceable. For this hotel to be 5 stars, they need a slightly more attentive staff - like people who always open the door, etc. We ate poolside for our last lunch. Food was ok, not great. The table side service was almost nonexistent.

The property is wonderful. Location is superb. Rooms are super spacious!! Staff is friendly and always helpful. Hop on Hop off bus stop is just across the street. Breakfast is wonderful!! Its a superb choice!!

Big room, big bathroom, well located to go to different neighborhoods / attractions. Quiet room.

It is not a five star hotel ( confirmed by staff) but it is presented in booking.com as a 5 star. I think this should be corrected so that people know what they are buying. Also the room sold for 4 people with 2 beds is very big. Could be 2 queen beds instead of 2 double beds- much more comfortable for the guests and I guess very easy to accommodate in the bedroom. Pool is small. When I went there around 4pm nobody was inside the pool, people had their clothes on under the sun and only adults were there laying in chairs and drinking - not for children. Not clear to me if only hotel guests use the pool area or also people from outside go there for some reason. Very expensive valet.

The rooms were huge and beds very comfortable. It was great that breakfast was included. It was lovely. Although they only provided filter coffee in an urn. If you wanted a latte it cost extra which they never explained. The pool on the roof was lovely and had incredible views of LA. The sun beds were very comfortable too.

The lady who ran the late afternoon service at the pool was quite rude to us. It was 5:30 and she wasn’t happy that we were looking at the views of LA in our swimsuits as she said that area was for dinner and we had made it all wet. We were not wet and even if there had been a bit of water on the decked floor, it was 90 degrees and would have dried in a matter of minutes. She then wouldn’t let us sit on the sun beds where the other person working there had specifically told us we could sit. She was quite passive aggressive and made us feel uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at The London in West Hollywood and had a generally pleasant experience. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer care I received from the hostess, Deborah. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Additionally, the housekeeper, Ines, did a fantastic job ensuring my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. However, I did find the front desk staff a bit too quick with everything. While I appreciate efficiency, their overly fast-paced approach made me feel like just another guest, rather than a valued individual. It would have been nice if they took a little more time to engage and make me feel more special. Overall, a good stay with a few small areas for improvement, but the service from Deborah and Ines definitely stood out.

We had to reduce our stay due to the fires but made it to The London for our last day and night. Room was fabulous with a massive bathroom, beautiful balcony and delicious breakfast. Pool on the roof was warm and the views from up there were wonderful. I’d 200% return to The London again and highly recommend. The other thing was the hassle and charge-free change of our stay due to safety - I’m sure that not every hotel would have been as kind, considerate and helpful, so another reason to highly recommend them.

The London Hotel was fantastic. It's a beautiful property with a cool vibe. The hotel at the edge of West Hollywood was the perfect location for our girls trip. It's close to Beverly Hills and all things Hollywood. The fairly extensive continental breakfast that was included was convenient and good. The restaurant had great food for dinner and a great atmosphere. The rooftop hotel was very nice, and a great escape. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We really liked the size and layout of our room, and the views from our balcony were beautiful! I always rate a hotel by deciding if I would go back, and I definitely would return to The London!

I would have appreciated if they changed up the breakfast items a bit. Six days of the same exact items gets redundant.
