I loved the room I stayed in. It was very comfortable and they stocked all the necessary amenities. The space was huge and there was a large mirror that I liked very much. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was great. Staff is very polite and helpful and quick to respond.

I was roomed on the side of the building that the pool was located and the noise from the people at the poolside was very disruptive and I had to fall asleep with my earbuds. There was a baby crying in the wee hours of the morning and that woke me up a few times but they were able to soothe him/her quickly, nonetheless I was a little sad because I booked mainly for some peace and quiet. I didn't want to ask for a room change because that was a drag since I already unpacked and setup. I will stay there again just now I know to be very specific about not being roomed near noise prone areas.

Location is convenient & readily accessible to the major highway. Breakfast was served from 6am till 9am and it was good. Egg omelette, sausage patty, potatoes, cinnamon swirl bun, orange juice and coffee. There was a pancake maker, but I didn’t have time to try it (I have used the waffle maker at other stays). There were other items as well, incl. fresh fruit, yogurt, muffin, etc. Ambiance was good with TV on one side of a large room. My room was clean w/ functional A/C, a safe, king bed w/ lots of pillows, lounge chair, fridge, coffee maker, flat screen tv, desk w/ a lamp, altho I couldn’t figure out how to turn it on, large restroom w/ clean towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Shower worked great. Elevator and ice machine worked properly. Staff is friendly and was greeted promptly, checking in and out was a breeze. No issues.

At times, I heard the roar of a car, truck or motorcycle passing by, as my room window fronted the main thoroughfare. Need to either repair or replace the bedside clock, as it wouldn’t display the time all the time. It is working, just not displaying the time.

The staff! They were friendly and knowledgeable. So refreshing. Breakfast was decent with hot items and extremely clean and plenty of seating. Comfortable beds and very quiet.

The options on the bed are a sheet and a comforter. Even though the comforter was thin, 15 minutes into being under it, I was overheated. But the sheet wasn’t enough to be comfortable either. I don’t understand this when you are in a climate controlled room. Back in the day, it seemed that there would be a sheet, a lighter blanket, and then the comforter or bedspread, but that is not the case here. I was sleeping alone and imagine that if I was sleeping with someone it would be even more overheated. I should have checked to see if it was possible to just get a light blanket, but I didn’t think of it until it was the middle of the night.

The staff was very friendly, polite, and accommodating! The room was bright, clean, and comfortable.

When we went down for breakfast, which was around 8:20 am, we were surprised most of the hot item bins were empty, biscuits and gravy, meat, not sure if bacon or sausages were served, potatoes - a few crumbs were left. Since breakfast closes at 9:30, I assumed we still had time. There were.others also going back to see if the buffet was refilled. The woman staffed for overseeing the buffet wasn’t very friendly, nor did she mention she will or will not be bringing out more food. We ended up going to Mimosa House for breakfast.

The breakfast beat our expectations. The location is perfect as it was only a few miles from the Kaiser Hospital where my husband had surgery so it was convenient for me to go back and forth to the hospital. There are lots of restaurants and other amenities nearby.

A make up mirror would be nice to have in the bathroom and the toilet was running but my husband was able to fix that and make it stop running.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The location felt comfortable and safe. The room was very spacious and comfortable I was quite pleased with everything. The breakfast is really good!

Some of the breakfast items (specifically the potatoes) were overcooked to the point that they were super hard and I couldn't eat them.

The receptionist was rude and super impolite. She was not at the desk when we got to the hotel and when she came out she rudely asked for my last name and not even say hello or good afternoon. I said hi and she ignored me. Same for the checkout, not a smile but she seemed bothered by us. I even felt discriminated. Very unpleasant. You should choose your staff carefully. We are not staying for free and we should be treated with respect.

Full breakfast was included. Loved the pancakes, hash browns, bacon and assortment of pastries and fruit.

The walls were very thin and lighting could be improved. Reception was inconsistent about half day rates. One manager said half day rate would be fine since we were only staying until 7 or 8 pm, while another said it was not possible. The hotel was not full at that time.

The room was so comfortable, well appointed, stylish & clean. I loved the little chaise lounge, separate seating area, built in table for laying out luggage etc. The gym was clean and well stocked, and had a big window facing the pool. There were seating areas on each floor. Overall, one of the more comfortable American hotels I’ve stayed in for awhile!

Breakfast was amazing. Lots to choose from and the hot selections were actually hot, including the cinnamon rolls that I thought were to die for! The room actually looked exactly like the photos shown on the website. Everything looked nearly new. Staff very friendly and location was perfect for our needs.

There is nothing like sleeping in your own bed, but the king bed was comfortable. The only downside is that all the pillows were extremely soft (just fine for me tho), but my husband prefers a firmer pillow.
