Great central location...Much better than hotel circle mission valley...too much crime and too many transients in that area

I wish it was a little cheaper...but everything is expensive it seems these days

Affordable, great location but a bit too far from groceries, clean rooms, clean bedsheets, clean bathrooms, delish breakfast, wifi connection good, microwave and small fridge available but well hidden, safety box included and iron as well and very quiet if you choose middle section of the building

Not too bad, but there’s a bump on bathtub when taking shower, bit sketchy and creepy in the middle of the night or early at 3-4am in the morning about the mirror in the room like i saw two ladies giggling and standing infront while i’m about to go to the bathroom. Not sure if it is 1 way or two way mirror

The breakfasts are really great, the best comparing other hotels like that. Eggs, meat, pourige, fruited, outmeal, waffles and so on. Rooms are being cleaned every day Stuff is friendly

Time for breakfast (from 6:00 to 9:00am, and 9:30 on weekends) During weekends room for breakfast is crowded, because nobody wants to have their breakfast at 6:00am, so everyone goes down near 9:00am. So room is overcrowded. You do not have time to sleep enough during vacation. Cleaners are starting their work so early, from the 7:00am you can hear noise of trolleys, etc. So, if you are early bird - than it is good option to stay in🤝

Was a very nice hotel the staff was pleasant and felt like a safe location. The room was very nice. I like the shades on the window for light n privacy. The TV was big they had a hair blow dryer they had a single cup coffee maker in the room also a microwave n refrigerator. Also has breakfast in the morning scrambled eggs sausage cereal fruit or waffles coffee juice was good. No charge for parking. No complaint on noise slept well n comfortable very nice hotel I would recommend and I would stay again.

The carpet front entrance to our room looked dirty like it needed to be shampooed in the front and it hadn't been. But the sheets n bedding and bathroom were all clean. The beds were very comfortable. Also I think the elevator could have been cleaned more like they should mop the floors more often and or remodeled had some broken tile in flooring.

We always enjoy the breakfast. The location is probably the most key to booking at your hotel. We do a lot of visiting of family and friends when we travel to Southern California. The location is just the perfect destination between the hotel and our various destinations.

The glass plate in the microwave didn’t really fit the microwave. The plate must have been from another micro and. Swapped out. It made for noisy operation. Whatever was being heated sort of slid around the inside when in use.

The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and the pool is really nice. The hotel is close to several excellent breweries. The staff is very friendly and the cleaning is done daily - even when we ended up leaving the room late. They provide coffee and a coffee maker in the rooms. And the breakfast changes every day.

The card to enter the room sometimes didn't work even when kept away from the cell phone. But nothing that affected our stay.

Like the size of the room and the king size bed. Good room lighting.

No view from the window. Bathroom not disabled friendly. Expecting walk in bathroom. Toilet bowl again not disabled/senior friendly too low (hurts our knees upon sitting and getting up) and too small. Hardly accommodates 200 pounder. Microwave not a good location I have to bend low to use it. It hurts since I suffer from upper and lower back pain. Height should be same as the TV

It was great for the weekend I was there. If you get a chance to have the breakfast, that alone is worth the stay along with how clean the room is. Didn't have any issues with neighbors and the check-in/check-out process was very simple. Staff was very helpful with questions I had. Overall I will stay there again if I'm back in San Diego.

Parking might be a little tight if you have a truck (depending on which part of the parking lot you park at). I would suggest parking towards the back area instead of near the front entrance. There is street parking but wouldn't recommend it at night.

Nice and cosy place. Ample of parking. Conviniently located to Indian food and groceries (less than a mile). Good (full) breakfast. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We had hot water issues in our room and the hotel staff immediately addressed it by proving a different room to us. Would definitely prefer BW locations again.

Just the hot water issues but that was addressed promptly by the property staff.

We were looking for permanent accommodation in San Diego, so we changed a lot of hotels because we wanted to live closer to the places we wanted to see. This hotel was the best of all, apartments, staff, breakfasts, swimming pool. In general, I love this hotel chain, we used to be in Berlin in this hotel chain. Good quality at a good price. Special thanks to the staff who gave us the opportunity to leave our bags for a few hours before check-in
