I was traveling with my adult son to a family wedding in La Jolla. The sofa bed was larger and more comfortable than what's typically found. The room was well laid out with a small kitchenette. The vanity is separate from the shower and toilet which is a convenience when traveling with another person. The hotel is near a few restaurants and has easy access to main roads.

The sheets that were provided for the sofa bed were too short for the bed so it couldn't be made properly. The breakfast was adequate but generated a great deal of waste as only disposable items were used. The room was clean but the hallway carpets were not.

The service was outstanding. All front desk staff were super kind and accommodating. Definitely want to give a shout out to Mateo who works in the afternoons. He definitely made me stay pleasant and I would stay here again without a doubt. The rooms were very clean and big. Breakfast had a lot of options and the all day coffee, tea and fresh fruit was great! Pool was clean and jacuzzi although we didn’t use.

The breakfast was good. They had a variety to choose from. So, there was something for everyone. The waffles were the best. Real maple syrup would have been better than the fake stuff. ( I’m from New England) The hotel was convenient to my son’s house. The room was comfortable.

A room farther away from the elevator. People are noisy when waiting for elevator. Not your fault though.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was good, however our bathroom door lock didn't work. The pull out sofa bed is great but once it's pulled out not much room to walk. We didn't have enough towels and blankets for our group. The pool is very small, but the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good just wish there was a bit more variety of fruit. All in all our stay was good and we were comfortable definitely would book again!

Hoping in future .. it would be nice to get free parking permit for people stay there for more than 2 nights . Out of town people have to drive to get there and sleep in . I think it’s better will encourage more customers. Everything

Ian at the front desk is truly one of the kindest souls I’ve ever encountered. His compassion, incredible customer service, and uplifting presence went far beyond what we expected and deeply touched our hearts. Please make sure he knows just how appreciated he is. His kindness made a lasting impact on my family—one that he may never fully understand, but one we will always carry with us.

Facility was clean. Staff was friendly, helpful, attentive.

Nothing really. It was a very nice hotel. But suggestions/recommendations: fix/maintain elevator. Sounded and felt rickety. Also placement and size of the tv in the hotel room. We used the trundle bed for the kids. When it was pulled out, it blocked the pathway between the bedroom and the living room area/front door. The TV stand was fixed so we could not move it. Had to crawl over couch to get to the door.

The room was very clean. Location is nice since there’s places to eat near by and a gas station. Parking was pretty good too. Rooms were nice and fresh. Staff seemed pleasant, I would stay again and recommend.

Breakfast was a little chaotic not many places to sit a lot of people were standing or waiting for a seat. The bathroom in the lobby was a mess someone had thrown up, trash cans were over filling, ice machine wasn’t working the the first or fourth floor.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Black out curtains were a plus. Location was good. Staff were nice. Breakfast was different each day and not terrible. Pool. Great toiletries, desk area and kitchen area.

Pool is small. Close to freeway so some noise. Working on water boiler one full day (we received a note under the door letting us know there would be no water the following day 9am-5pm) and did not even comp parking fee for the day. Very inconvenient. Parking fee each day.

Clean, good breakfast. Great location for what I needed.

Customer service. Another customer next to me was a loyalty member and was treated great. My sister booked this reservation for me and I forgot to tell her I was a loyalty member and I was given little to no information about the facility’s and no mention of the breakfast.
