Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. very good customer service. Comfortable bed. Pleasant atmosphere. Cheaper than staying at Hampton and Comfort Inn!Vomfortable

$5 parking charge per day. Room windows in room needed cleaning and top of frig too. Could use little more variety for breakfast items.

Housekeeping only every other day. If you missed it, you have to wait for the next refreshed day. Our beds were not made on the refreshed day. I would commend though the houske keeper who did our room on the night before we leave. Our bed room and beds was fixed.

It was right off freeway so easy to get too . Check In went smoothly But room was not that clean it’s dated over all it was pretty nice Shower and tub plug didn’t work Tolit had flushing problems Other than that it was good

Good location, nice pool and amenities. Typical breakfast.

There is still a hold on my credit card for the full amount of the room. A week later. The carpet in the hallway is old stained and buckling up creating trip hazards.

Close to shopping and the Links. Christian at front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. The billiards & game room was nice.

Rooms need remodeling...a lil run down but staff does a great job keeping it clean. No ice machines. AC not wrkg in game room.

Didn't have breakfast but did like the air conditioner, bed, kitchen and couch.

Some visible wear and tear on furniture, also no hotel book in room to give info about the hotel or area. No ice machine. Also do NOT appreciate having to pay for parking.

Two bedrooms were great for what we needed. The hotel was nice and was able to make use of gym. Friendly staff.

Would prefer one room had two double beds instead of one queen bed. Attention to detail needs to be better. Mold on a shower curtain and no shampoo in the bathroom.

I loved the location, the nice room layout and kitchen area with table AND desk areas. The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower was awesome. There were plenty of towels!!! The swivel base for TV viewing in all areas was appreciated!! Guess what?? The breakfast buffet was splendid!!! It was head and shoulders better than other hotels similar-caliber hotels I've been to. The icing on that cake was the pleasant, mindful staff member who worked in the dining area. She made sure everything was replenished, with GOOD quality items, and she was very pleasant!!! Though the housekeeping staff was off for Christmas (GOOD!!), a housekeeper came by, knocked on my door and asked if we needed anything since the rooms would not be serviced that day!!! THIS WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED (and unexpected)!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU 😊

No complaints here!! Just a mention--the electrical outlet on the left side of the bed did not work

The room set up, how we have to walk through the lobby to get to the elevators made it seem more secure, our room was next to the elevator but there was a storage room between to block the elevator noise. Liked the breakfast but when we arrived at 9am there wasn't any more souffle. Got some 10 min later when we saw someone replenish it.

Toilet was very short and I thought I missed. Wish there was a handle bar to help. Utensils were dirty. Shower dispensers seemed empty and took too many pumps to get barely get any shampoo and body wash. The conditioner was fine.

One of the rooms was noisy at night. However, the staff and manager were great when we talked to them about it. They even made the extra effort and bought earplugs for my mom, to help with the noise she was hearing.
