The breakfast was really good, as was the setting for it. The location has direct (one long major street) access to the 5 freeway but is far enough removed to be quiet. The room darkening draperies are much appreciated. The front desk staff was very efficient and polite in confirming my reservation ( I had received an e-mail from Booking to contact the hotel in advance to confirm) which I had had to book close to arrival time. I was there several days and even used the well kept jacuzzi one night.

Nothing, I will come again.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Christa was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal ahead was anticipating all of our needs and absolutely a pleasure! I had a meeting when I first got to the hotel and Luca meet me at the desk to make sure I had WiFi and a comfortable place to meet he was SUPER helpful with my room accommodations and even supported getting my family on the same floor which always works because we have little ones. Lastly Ricardo was AMAZING as our 2nd breakfast server he was helpful, pleasant and went over and above. We stay here everytime we are in Carlsbad and will continue to stay here and tell our family! Thank you so much!!!

The breakfast was very bad. The sausage and the potatoes were cold and hard. There were no forks and it was very confusing and no servers to answer questions. They acted like I was supposed to know what to do. So I sat down, got food and asked for a fork. A server told me to sit down and a server would bring me one. So I sat down at my table with my food in front of me and waited about 3-5 minutes until someone brought me a fork. By that time, my food was uneatable.

The hotel is extremely nice and great for traveling with kids. There is a play area with games, golf, basketball court and a pool. They sell beach necessities in the lobby, which is added convenience. There is also a bar and restaurant named Stratus, which was pretty tasty. The hotel is directly across the street from other restaurants, so that was an added bonus. Target is also a mile away.

The breakfast waiter had an attitude as the guest arrived for breakfast with 40 minutes remaining. Her condescending tone and attitude were noticed by numerous guests, and my wife did not appreciate it at all. Not only was she rude to the guest but other staff as well that were trying to accommodate the guest. The one waitress was the only negative experience about the entire stay.

First off the entire staff was absolutely excellent! The room was wonderful. My children loved all the games. The restaurant was great best breakfast! Luke,Todd and another young lady (can't remember her name) made our stay so good.. We loved the vibe y'all got at this location.. I'll definitely be staying here again!

My only complaint was that there was way to many children in the Jacuzzi... They were treating it like a small pool and I noticed older guests including myself weren't really able to relax with all the children in the Jacuzzi. I honestly think that signs should be put up preventing anyone under 14 from being in the Jacuzzi. Also house keeping needs to pay closer attention to bringing out towels to the pool.

the AC was leaking water. They sent engineering and the guy said it would be a big problem. We were only there for a night and when we came back from dinner they had changed our rooms in the system but never told us. so our wifi password wasnt working because of the virtual room change. This was all resolved.

Property was clean and in a secluded location. A block away from Bressi Ranch community and The Square shopping plaza. Perfect for quiet outdoor dinning and a brisk walk through the community. Poinsettia Community Park is a 4 mile drive, nice place for walking and picnicking and if you’re a pickleballer there are 6 courts open to the public.

This Hotel was great, excellent service from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff at the restaurant were very helpful, polite, and friendly. Rooms super clean as well, I definitely will return.

There was nothing I did not like about this Hotel excellent location the only thing is that Google should update the location because it takes you somewhere else.

I did like a few things it was clean,in a good area,had a restaurant,elevators work fine,rooms are nice,they did have a refrigerator.

I didn't like that it took so long to get my deposit back they said next day but it took 4 days and I've stayed there 3 times,also my room was nice but no microwave.

Location was a little far away from Legoland. Breakfast was good, not free like it said on Booking.com but hotel staff was kind enough to comp my son and my breakfast. Very cool that the children eat free with an adult meal regardless though.

Averaged out to $200/night for our stay which I thought was a little too high for the property being basically 20 minutes from a lot of stuff. But it was nice and I felt safe traveling as a young single mom with a young child.
