Nice welcome entry that looks directly out at the pool. Pool areas were amazing. Pool towels were always filled and available. Bar/restaurant had decent food and if offered a nice place to sit. 2-bedroom unit was spacious for 6 people. You could spend a few days here without going anywhere, but it’s a good location, close to outlets and all San Diego has to offer.

Nothing to dislike, but it was a bummer our elevator was broken. Lugging luggage up with a bad back was difficult. Also, hot tub in the family pool area could be way hotter. It felt more like a bath than a hot tub.

Spacious rooms, kids water play/pool and location

No restaurant inside the hotel. Only bar with very limited menu for kids.

I loved the proximity to Legoland and to Costco. It was a beautiful resort with so many things to do. I loved swimming in the quiet lap pool and playing with my kids in the kid pool. The room was clean, quiet, and had a well stocked kitchen. Spacious and comfortable. Would love to come stay again to enjoy more of the resort!

It was a bit loud later at night with the room facing the kid pool and youth were swimming later. But only for the front room with the window facing the pool.

close proximity to Lego Land, literally 5 min walk to get onto Lego land property. great view from the lobby of the Flower Fields. close proximity to freeway, literally 5-7 minutes. we stayed in a SUITE and it was spacious for my family of 4. i didn’t realize the room had a stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, pots/pans dishes AND dishwasher. if i had, i would have brought food to cook from home. instead i drove approximately 10-15 minutes to a grocery store to buy some food. not bad. there is a restaurant on the property (but not attached to hotel) that serves DELICIOUS food and beer. big fan!

house keeping only comes on Thursdays.

Beautiful location, walking distance to Legoland, and close to many conveniences and sights. Very family oriented, which suited our needs. There js a pool for kids and one for adults, a small game room, laundry, BBQs etc. It’s some sort it hotel/timeshare resort hybrid. Our room was nicely updated, and clean. A free shuttle to close by locations is offered, which was useful to us since we came without a car. The walking path behind the hotel that overlooks the ocean and the seasonal flower fields was a great bonus.

Onsite dining is limited and expensive. A resort like this would benefit from at least an onsite breakfast buffet, for example. The property had some slightly run-down features, however they are in process of remodeling, so that might not really count against them.

For a last-minute trip, it was pretty amazing ! The rooms were definitely big, with most amenities. The rooms are large and the view from the room is beautiful. The kids enjoyed the pool area, the arcade, and the daily activities wished I could have stayed longer!

Some things do need updates or just a good cleaning. The sofa had stains on the arm rest and the dining tables as well. The bathroom doors needed to be clean as well. I took my own clorox wipes, and I didn't understand how a kettle would work with teabag like coffee ?! as I didn't find the coffee maker. Wished check out was at 11 or 12 just cause the check-in time is really late.

Hotel is excellent, apartment was clean and with lot of space. We loved kitchen. There's coffee maker but no coffee :/ it would be small addition for hotel but big for us, we would like to have coffee when we arrive to hotel.

it was loud sometimes because some rooms are near hallway. Also some trucks came at 6a and drove some cart like crazy.

The two room apartment was great. Both rooms had plenty of space, beds were comfortable and a fully equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook. The complex was clean and tidy with plenty of parking underground. There's a kiddy pool as well as one for the adults in a different area. We didn't use either but I believe they are both heated. There was some construction going on but we weren't bothered by it.

3 TV's in 3 different rooms but only one remote? No coffee in the premises. Only restaurant in the place is not open for breakfast.

The room was super spacious I love the jack and Jill room connected to the bathroom and the room with its own bathroom dining table for all of us to sit and eat all the kitchen amenities this room was just perfect I always try and look for decent hotel rooms and I finally can say this room has been one of our best rooms we have ever checked out we definitely will be checking this out again for our future trips. Families wanting to know it is a 5 minute walk to legoland right across the street perfect the guest services was perfect as we walked in we were greeted by front by Ben then checked In my kids received candy and little goodies by guest service and we were given additional information for other activities, restaurants and other things. Hotel has daily activities for the kids to do arcade and play ground. No trouble with parking. Only thing if you want to know breakfast isn’t free. They also gave us a paper for a discount at a restaurant that was really nice Overall highly recommend this hotel especially the queen suite.

Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel just wish breakfast was included for free but I guess that’s everywhere

Location. Friendly staff

Misinformation in regard to getting my suite serviced. Staff did not seem to be on the same page. Every morning I did speak to someone and they advised it would be taken care of. The fact it never got done through out my whole stay was very disappointing. I was traveling with 5 adults and two children. You could understand how that could be frustrating coming back from a long day of being out.
