Close proximity to why we traveled to Carlsbad, CA. The price we paid was outstanding! Access to the parking lots was excellent via stairs which we prefer over elevators. The grounds and amenities were clean and presentable. Plenty of available parking. Though it was close to an airport we were not disturbed by noise. The bed was great, just wish the linens and blankets were bigger. However a spare blanket was provided which was outstanding.

Our room had two huge stains in the carpet, plus the carpet was filthy. I walked around the room in a clean pair of white socks and they were just destroyed.

Omg! Omg! I have no negative words! I'm so picky when it comes to hotels I like clean clean clean! This hotel is beautiful! Everything!! our room was so bomb! When I say clean I mean clean I didn't see anything wrong and believe me I was looking for something couldn't find anything to complain about! The bed! That soft big comfortable king size bed I couldn't even get up! I mean I slept so good! The staff is very nice I loved everything! It's pet friendly I didn't see not 1 dog and the lobby has no stinky smell it's just great! The rate is very good because the rooms are beautiful we stayed on the first floor and I have no complaints at all!! I'm coming back and this is where we will be! Our room had a nice patio and when you open the door the first thing you is beautiful yellow flowers!!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

Room was very clean. We were able to get a bathroom with disability access shower for our four year old son as we requested. Plus the location of our room was great to get in and out of the hotel without having to get my son exhausted while using his walker. The pool was also conveniently located.

While in the pool area there wasn’t any towels available I had to go to the front office to request some. In the room we only had two towels for the 3 of us. Also no extra blanket for the sofa bed. I called the Lobby for an extra blanket for the sofa bed and I was told to come down and get it.

I thought the staff was amazing since we walked through the entrance door. Answering and addressing our concerns. Definitely will return again.

The only thing that was annoying but understood. The room was next to the pool and the noise from the teenagers was very loud late at night. After 10pm it did stop, so not a big issue.

We stayed here for one night then came back a week later to stay for 14 days. Loved the hotel, staff fabulous and friendly. Always happy to help. Rooms were so clean and beds were amazing. Housekeeping was every other day which was good for us. Area was quiet but we had a car so it was ok. Laundry room was so handy to use.

My son walked into the panel next to the glass door by the back door. It could do with a sticker on it.

Really nice. What you expect from a Courtyard Marriott in a business area: clean, convenient, not that expensive, but don’t expect that much options to do around. Its basically to spend the night at a confortable hotel with good reputation.

Room and property was clean and appealing. Comfortable. Staff was friendly. Amenities is handy, although we didn't take advantage of it.

Continental breakfast is always a good thing to offer. Laundry room didn't have any signs or directions of use.

Staff was friendly and attentive to requests. Place was well located and there are a lot of nearby restaurants. Pool was very clean. Room was spacious and clean. Probably one of the better Courtyards That I have stayed in.

A little ways of from the beach. The towels seemed to be a little. Low, but the front desk gave us more. There is no thatching else I can think of,

Everything was excellent except our experience while we were having breakfast. They forgot to add the potatoes to my wife's and kid's eggs plate. My sandwich was cold and the staff at the cafe weren't the greatest!

The staff is wonderful! We were in town due to a death in the family, and we were treated kindly and respectfully. Sydney was especially helpful, and so compassionate. Thank you— it made a terrible situation better—
