The staffs are helpful, its walking distance to legoland like literally outside the hotel, breakfast comes with the hotel and they are good. This hotel is perfect for my 3 year old son, we really enjoyed the disco elevator. They also have disco night for kids between 6:30 to 8, that was so fun! They the check in area had a nice playgroud full of lego my son really enjoyed it. They also have story time. If you have many kids, they have extra room (double bed) for them like separate area. Inside have some lego toys too they can play. Overall experiece was nice, my son who celebrated his birthday enjoyed it.

The hotel (main) is old, theres a smell as soon as you enter the floor and bedrooms but its not terrible. You also have to make reservation to eat for breakfast, we just appeared the first time coz we are used doing that to other hotels but in here u need reservation, thankfully they are really accomodating and tried to get us in for breakfast.

We liked the pool with the floating Lego bricks, and the different outdoor activities and entertainment for kids. The pool, and restaurant associates were very friendly and helpful. The theme Lego room is always a plus, and of course the treasure hunt.

Room was dusty (shelves over bed, top of chairs, and around the kids tv). The curtains in the kids bunkbed area were full of dust. The front desk associate’s demeanor changed after I declined upgrading for an additional fee. I had to ask questions instead of him giving me the information (parking, room number, treasure hunt). When I asked for the room number he said I texted it to you, but never actually gave me the info. I understand kiosks and automated check in makes things easier, but good customer service is always superior. The restaurant food was ok. Not really worth the prices. Portions are too small compared to local restaurants around the area.

We stayed at the Legoland Hotel with the pirate theme. Loved the theme, the pirate ship, etc to play with Legos in the lobby, the dancing music and lights in the elevators, and all of the walls, hallways and restaurants were decorated with big Lego figures and scenes. Our room was decorated with all pirate things...some painted and some out of Legos. There was a Treasure Hunt for the kids in the room where they got 2 mini figs, and a box of Legos they could play with. The free breakfast buffets were phenomenal at Bricks and Dragons Den, and the food for dinner was delicious (we ate at the Castle hotel's Dragons Den). We loved the entertainment shows in the lobby where 2 "pirates" were performing and engaging the kids, and the Kid's Disco Party where there was a DJ, lighted floor and dancing lights. Best family friendly vacation..."Everything is Awesome"!

I can't think of a thing we didn't like!

Everything was on site and a lot of events/attractions for the kids to be involved and happy with.

Booking said was 2 beds and a bunk bed. And was only 1 bed and a bunk bed. Hotel said all rooms are like that other then family suites. So booking needs to update there info.. was short on a bed for a guest but we made it work being there for 1 night. Lighting in the adventure room was dem, understood the them but one side of the bed lamp was broken so was even more dark.. over all the stay was everything for my kids/family. The breakfast was really good, we went to the castle for breakfast and pool after afterwards and stayed at the legoland hotel. Next visit I want to try the castle hotel. Everything walking distance and disco/music in the elevators had my kids and I dancing away

Loved the wizard service. Hotel parking was convenient. Love the location next to the park. Pool and pool staff were great. Breakfast buffet was very good. The kids lived the scavenger hunt and the complimentary lego.

Arcade out of service. Pool closes too early. I upgraded the room to a Ninjago and honestly think the $64 were not worth it. The rest of my family stayed at Adventure 3rd floor great location and I was “ upgraded” for an extra fee to the last room of the hall, nothing special, no view. Would not upgrade again. Those $64 hurt. Wish I could have a refund. Couldn’t pay deposit with my preferred card because Lobby doesn’t take apple pay. Not usual for such big business in 2025.

Magical stay for the night. Awesome facilities, great pool, kids loved the in-room experience as a real standout during our 3 week holiday. Pop badge collection was great fun, the food in the buffet was varied and well presented. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean and well catered for. We had a problem in the room with the lighting and the staff were incredibly quick to respond and resolve. The stand out was the hilarious duo who ran the bingo session and the staff at the pool & the porters for being proactively informative and helpful. The proximity to the park was of course a major bonus! We loved our time at Legoland.

The kids had a blast. Tons of things for them todo. Some things they don’t really advertise like to ask for kids lanyards when checking in they are complementary! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices. I do recommend that you make reservations for breakfast so you don’t have to wait. Free laundry facilities so I was able to wash all of our clothes before leaving. When booking through third party our room theme wasn’t mentioned just “deluxe family room” so I was able to message the property and request a theme which they were able to book for us. That just made our trip as we were celebrating my son’s birthday and he wanted a certain theme.

Parking is an extra fee. If staying multiple nights $100 deposit for EACH night can get pricey. Should just be $100 or $150 hold total.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel itself, the rooms were phenomenal! I seen staff working overnight making sure everything was clean. Room service was great but did have to request specific items more than once because they did not get them correct. Overall, great hotel that’ll keep the kids occupied 24/7 with a bunch of things to do. Playground right outside our castle room and movie theatre right next to the playground although it does get extremely cold at night in San Diego. Even indoors there are activities for the kids to keep them entertained, Lego play area right inside the lobby, play area even in the dining area to keep the kids entertained. Breakfast could use more seasoning and flavor but was easy to access and eat with your family. Reservations are also optional but it’s best to bring your own food because of the cost of food and it not being that good.

The breakfast and difficult check in. When booking through booking.com I was under the impression that the room was covered and payed for. Upon check in they had difficulty finding my name and even tried to double bill me but I showed them the money being taken out of my account for the reservation. Then they tried adding a $300 tax to the stay which I did not have after buying Lego land tickets and paying almost $900 for the room itself. Luckily the supervisor worked with me with the price. Then I was told parking was included with the stay for free only for them to end up charging me at the end.

Everything was perfect

We came to celebrate our son’s birthday who is a huge fan of Lego. Not bad comparing to a 4 star hotel except for the noisy rooms with kids around and in and out the hotel but after of all we enjoyed the experience of a thematic hotel.

Parking was not free for hotel guests. Food at Bricks restaurant was okay but hot meals need to be hot not cold. Coffee was not good and during the mornings is so packed that you can find leftovers all over the floor and the staff struggle to clean up.
