The kids had a blast. Tons of things for them todo. Some things they don’t really advertise like to ask for kids lanyards when checking in they are complementary! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices. I do recommend that you make reservations for breakfast so you don’t have to wait. Free laundry facilities so I was able to wash all of our clothes before leaving. When booking through third party our room theme wasn’t mentioned just “deluxe family room” so I was able to message the property and request a theme which they were able to book for us. That just made our trip as we were celebrating my son’s birthday and he wanted a certain theme.

Parking is an extra fee. If staying multiple nights $100 deposit for EACH night can get pricey. Should just be $100 or $150 hold total.

Magical stay for the night. Awesome facilities, great pool, kids loved the in-room experience as a real standout during our 3 week holiday. Pop badge collection was great fun, the food in the buffet was varied and well presented. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean and well catered for. We had a problem in the room with the lighting and the staff were incredibly quick to respond and resolve. The stand out was the hilarious duo who ran the bingo session and the staff at the pool & the porters for being proactively informative and helpful. The proximity to the park was of course a major bonus! We loved our time at Legoland.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel itself, the rooms were phenomenal! I seen staff working overnight making sure everything was clean. Room service was great but did have to request specific items more than once because they did not get them correct. Overall, great hotel that’ll keep the kids occupied 24/7 with a bunch of things to do. Playground right outside our castle room and movie theatre right next to the playground although it does get extremely cold at night in San Diego. Even indoors there are activities for the kids to keep them entertained, Lego play area right inside the lobby, play area even in the dining area to keep the kids entertained. Breakfast could use more seasoning and flavor but was easy to access and eat with your family. Reservations are also optional but it’s best to bring your own food because of the cost of food and it not being that good.

The breakfast and difficult check in. When booking through booking.com I was under the impression that the room was covered and payed for. Upon check in they had difficulty finding my name and even tried to double bill me but I showed them the money being taken out of my account for the reservation. Then they tried adding a $300 tax to the stay which I did not have after buying Lego land tickets and paying almost $900 for the room itself. Luckily the supervisor worked with me with the price. Then I was told parking was included with the stay for free only for them to end up charging me at the end.

Everything was perfect

Everything in this hotel is wonderfully themed. No detail has been overlooked. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, there's a pool for the kids, and multiple playgrounds. It's a definite plus!

We had booked a pirate-themed room at the LEGO hotel, but upon arrival, we found out that the hotel was suddenly closed. During check-in, the situation was somewhat casually addressed, with the explanation that everyone had been called, and if we hadn’t heard anything, it was our fault. It was a bit disappointing. The replacement room at the castle hotel was excellent, deserving a solid 10 rating, so no complaints there. However, the communication could have been better. It’s also essential to be vigilant to avoid being charged an additional resort fee. We had already paid this fee through Booking, but it appeared on our final bill. It was resolved promptly, but it took unnecessary time.

Location can't be beat for visiting Legoland. The hotel is very fun for the kids. We appreciated the little extras. Breakfast had a really good variety. Room size was decent.

Check-in was cumbersome, the staff who "helped" me wasn't very helpful. No mention of paying for parking. It was too noisy (loudspeaker or something) in the courtyard outside our room until too late for a hotel full of kids. We had requested a pack-n-play when I made the reservation, it wasn't in the room when we arrived. Pool lifeguards were a little too intense.

The experience exceeded my expectations. The room was decorated so cute, and the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of extras- complementary breakfast, the treasure hunt, and activities. It felt very family friendly and safe. The staff were all fantastic! I also appreciated being able to enter the park a little early by being a hotel guest.

It was a little confusing whether our resort hopper tickets included the water park or not.

The property was well maintained and a fun atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the proximity to the park couldn’t be beat.

The dinner was just okay. Guests should get free parking since they are staying at the hotel. The pool rules were hard to have fun. My less than 48” kid is a great swimmer but had to wear a life jacket because he was small. They should let them do a swim test or something especially since the pool isn’t that big.

The breakfast option was a standout feature. It made our mornings more convenient and added great value to our stay. The variety offered ensured that everyone in our family found something they enjoyed.

Unfortunately, the walls in our room were quite thin. We could hear the family above us clearly, and their loud stomping made it difficult to relax at times. This significantly impacted our overall experience.

We loved how well thought out the room was for families like the bunk room, removable shower head, step stool and nightlights. We also loved the nightly entertainment which we didn’t know about before coming. My kids especially enjoyed the outdoor movie and the magic show.

Not crazy about the extra $60 a night for combination of resort fee and parking. Also our room was a LONG walk from the elevator. We also would have stayed an extra night had we known about the live shows which my kids really loved. I also did have to call the front desk several times because we were missing room items and it’s not easy to reach them.
