Easy to get to with good parking. A hot breakfast was served every morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Booked a suite but received a call about a week before our stay to say it was not available. They put us in two rooms next to each other which ended up to be a better option. The night before check out there was issues with the water and it wasn’t turned back on until morning. We didn’t have hot water to shower before checking out.

Stayed 5 nights. Excellent value for money. Especially enjoyed the hot breakfasts! Pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Easy location to reach from motorway and handy for going to the outlet centre just a couple of miles away. Ideal for going up to Carlsbad town centre and Oceanside or back down to San Diego. Also has a Coaster train station in walking distance, Carlsbad Poinsettia, which takes you down to Old Town, San Diego among other places. Handy if you don't want to drive.

Only thing missing for an international traveller is a safe in the room, otherwise this hotel would have received a 10 out of 10!

Breakfast was great! Taste great a a surprising variety of items!

No shampoo in room (2 conditioners instead) and shower curtain was bent and couldn’t be closed so water went everywhere.

Great location… Most friendly staff ever… Especially at check-in her name is Clara she did an incredible job and answered many many questions and assisted me above and beyond… And then there is a woman named Cindy who does the cafeteria where everyone has breakfast and I have never seen such a diligent worker such a friendly caring person who doesn’t miss a beat… That woman should manage the overall food area… Or any other area she’s a brilliant woman and I’ve never seen anybody accommodate like she did… Her name is Cindy so both Clara and Cindy were stellar and also Maria who clean my room… I felt like I just can’t wait to get back and I really loved it thank you

I liked the location. It was not far from shops and it was the perfect location for our Legoland trip. Although, it was next to a motel. The building and property seemed well kept visually. It had the curb appeal to seem safe and nice. I liked that parking was close to our hotel room as well.

The bathroom tub was leaking. The couch inside the room is very outdated and not that comfortable. I think that is something that should be upgraded. I feel with a better couch it would have made the room more elevated. Also, the stools to sit on could be upgraded as well. They look a little dated and are not very comfortable.

Breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, cereal, bagels, muffins, and more. It was a lot more than I was expected and it was very good. The only thing that I didn't care for was the orange juice which tasted more like flavored water but it's not enough for me to not book it again. The bed was really comfortable and I wish I could have slept longer. While the location of the hotel was not in a bad location it definitely is not within walking distance to anything. It's more industrial with car dealerships and businesses but it is not far from the beach at all. It was a great value. The staff were all very friendly, asked about my stay, how I liked the room, what my plans were for my stay. Everyone was very pleasant.

It was good has a microwave, fridge, and mini little stove so It had a good feel! It felt more like home than a hotel

We only stayed 2 nights checked in at 4pm and didn’t get housekeeping the next morning because apparently you have to schedule it in advance which is bs since we weren’t told and the next morning was out check out morning had a long drive home so we left at 6am instead of the scheduled 11am check out.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ehhh compared to the BW I stayed at in Az a few weeks ago. Everything was clean and neat. Very happy. Just wanted somewhere to stay after Legoland. Would recommend if not wanting to pay much just nice place to lay ur head for the night

A lot of furniture by the dumpster and weird man sitting in chair all night. Hotel is right off the freeway. Our room was facing the parking lot so we heard every car on the freeway all night.

The room was quite big and fully equipped. The staff was always available. In general, the room looked well cleaned.

The property has a non-smoking policy, however there were people smoking on the parking lot. It is hard then to know how it really works, and you can get afraid to smoke somewhere, since a fee of 200 dollars may be applied if you smoke inside the property. The surrounds are really dark and there is not much. That means, to smoke, I needed to walk around in the desert streets. Did not like that experience.

I liked that I was able to help my daughter with grandbabies without having to rent two separate rooms. The beds were comfortable. Place was clean and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Did have a pool, laundry room and gym. Great variety for breakfast. Did not get to use the pool, but did use the gym. Was provided a pac n play for youngest grandson. He had fallen off the bed, so this was greatly appreciated.

Room location. Far from elevator and stairs were hard with toddlers and luggage. Lock did not lock on a bedroom door. One toilet made a loud squealing sound all night.
